I already have a TAP Miles&Go account, but this is the first time I am in the new Flytap and it won't accept my access credentials. What should I do?

To enter your TAP Miles&Go Account if you have not done so already, you must select “recover password” when you login. Try to login after confirming your password. Should this not work then please use this form to describe the problem by selecting “Reason: Help with TAP Miles&Go account login > Sub-reason: Accessing account”.

I have a TAP account, how can I become a TAP Miles&Go member?

You can upgrade your account here if you are already registered on our site and want to become a TAP Miles&Go Client.

Can I have the same email address associated with various Victoria Accounts?

No, with our new website functionalities, you may only have one email address associated with a Victoria account.

I have one email address associated with several TAP Miles&Go accounts, how can I change the email address of one of these accounts?

Each account can be associated to only one email. If you have more than one TAP Miles&Go Account associated with a unique email address, to make the change you must enter your client area and enter your TAP Miles&Go Number and password, then you can change your email. If you are unable to complete these steps then please use this form to describe the problem by selecting “Reason: Help with TAP Miles&Go account login > Sub-reason: Accessing account”.

Where can I look at my statement of account?

You may consult your account balance here. This area is restricted access. You must have an active account to access it.

Can I buy miles or extend the validity of my miles?

Yes. The TAP Miles&Go Programme allows you to buy additional miles and extend the validity of your miles online. You can also transfer your miles to another TAP Miles&Go Account. See all available transactions for your miles on flytap.com, under "Manage Miles".

How long are miles valid for?

Bonus Miles are valid for three years, except when otherwise specified. However, some Bonus Miles (such as compensation miles and some promotions) may only be valid for one annual accrual period.The expiry date of your miles is pre-defined depending on the month they were registered. If you registered in January the expiry date is the last day of that month, i.e. if they were registered on January 1st, the miles expire on January 31st unless they are used.Following on from the above example, if you registered on January 1st (regardless of the year of registration):*you earned 1,000 Bonus Miles in February 2011. If they are not used, they will expire on January 31st, 2014, *you earned 1,000 Bonus Miles in February 2012. If they are not used, they will expire on January 31st, 2015, *you earned 1,000 Bonus Miles in June 2013. If they are not used, they will expire on January 31st, 2016

Can I credit expired miles back to my account?

Expired miles cannot be credited back to your Victoria account.

Can I transfer my miles between Victoria accounts?

You can transfer miles between Victoria accounts and to STEP accounts, but not between accounts from different frequent flyer and customer loyalty programmes. , For further information, click here.

When will I be informed of the balance in my Victoria account?

You can check your miles balance through your online statement whenever and wherever you wish.

What should I do to receive communications from the Victoria Program?

You can receive all communications and news from the Victoria Program by email or by text message. Please select your preferred method in your customer area under “Manage Communications”.
