I already have a TAP Miles&Go account, but this is the first time I am in the new Flytap and it won't accept my access credentials. What should I do?
To enter your TAP Miles&Go Account if you have not done so already, you must select “recover password” when you login. Try to login after confirming your password. I have one email address associated with several TAP Miles&Go accounts, how can I change the email address of one of these accounts?
If you have more than one TAP Miles&Go Account associated with a unique email address, to make the change you must enter your client area and enter your TAP Miles&Go Number and password, then you can change your email. Bonus Miles are valid for three years, except when otherwise specified. However, some Bonus Miles (such as compensation miles and some promotions) may only be valid for one annual accrual period.The expiry date of your miles is pre-defined depending on the month they were registered. If you registered in January the expiry date is the last day of that month, i.e. if they were registered on January 1st, the miles expire on January 31st unless they are used.Following on from the above example, if you registered on January 1st (regardless of the year of registration):*you earned 1,000 Bonus Miles in February 2011. If they are not used, they will expire on January 31st, 2014, *you earned 1,000 Bonus Miles in February 2012. If they are not used, they will expire on January 31st, 2015, *you earned 1,000 Bonus Miles in June 2013. If they are not used, they will expire on January 31st, 2016
Can I buy miles or extend the validity of my miles?
Yes. The TAP Miles&Go Programme allows you to buy additional miles and extend the validity of your miles online. You can also transfer your miles to another TAP Miles&Go Account. See all available transactions for your miles on flytap.com, under "Manage Miles".
