How do I reserve my meal?

You can reserve your meal in advance online. Simply log in or enter your booking number, then select the eligible flight and reserve your meal. Find out more here

Which passengers qualify for this service?

This service is available to executive class passengers on long-haul flights departing Lisbon. It is also available to Plusgrade and Stopover passengers, and on intercontinental flights with a layover in Lisbon. 

When can I reserve my meal?

You can reserve your meal from 7 days to 24 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure time.

Can I change my selection?

If you need to change your meal, you can do so online up to 24 hours before departure at your Reserved Area or by entering your flight number. 

Can I order special meals?

Yes. TAP Air Portugal has a number of special meals available to meet your requirements. Requests for special meals must be made when making your flight reservation and at least 24 hours before departure. The request can be made online, through the Contact Center, at the TAP desk, or via your travel agent. Find out more about special meals here.
