    My Way - Support and assistance at the airport

    My Way

    My Way is a service offered by ANA Aeroportos de Portugal that provides support for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility.

    My Way Desk

    ANA Aeroportos de Portugal offers an assistance service that enhances the services available in ANA airports for passengers with reduced mobility. 

    Passengers who require this service will be accompanied from the moment they at the airport until they board the aircraft, including check-in, security checks, passport control and boarding.

    You must request the service from TAP or your travel agent when you make your reservation, or at least 48 hours before the flight is scheduled to depart.

    The My Way service is available at the following airports: Lisbon, Porto, Faro, John Paul II, Santa Maria, Horta, Flores, Madeira and Porto Santo.
