Have you alterady complained about this matter?
    • 50% increase in relation to the compensation provided for in EC Regulation 261/04.
    • One year validity.
    • Valid for payment of travel or services on TAP Air Portugal operated flights.
    • Possibility of endorsement to third parties, duly authorized by the holder.
    • Possibility of partial payments. A travel voucher in the respective value will be issued for any residual sum.

  • Valid on flights operated by TAP, except for Ponte Aérea (flights between Lisbon and Porto). The upgrade depends on seat availability. Upgrades are made per flight segment.
