Terms and Conditions
- Campaign Scope and Period
- This campaign is valid for tickets issued exclusively on flytap.com between 00:00 on May 11, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. on May 13, 2026 (mainland Portugal time), for travel on flights operated by TAP Air Portugal to Lisbon between June 15 and June 30, 2026.
- Bookings must include both an outbound and a return flight.
- Rock in Rio Lisbon Ticket Offer
- This campaign includes the offer of a total of 150 (one hundred and fifty) single-day admission tickets to the Rock in Rio Lisbon festival.
- Tickets will be allocated in chronological order of eligible ticket issuance to the first 150 passengers who meet all the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions, including valid use of the applicable promo code pursuant to clause 4.
- Once all tickets have been allocated, no subsequent passenger will be entitled to the offer.
- One (1) complimentary ticket will be allocated per passenger, regardless of age, without prejudice to the event access rules defined by the Rock in Rio Lisbon organisation, particularly with regard to minors.
- The complimentary ticket will be sent by TAP Air Portugal at a later date following completion of the booking.
- Confirmation of Ticket Allocation
- Eligible passengers will be notified by email, using the contact details provided in the booking, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days from the date of ticket issuance.
- The email constitutes confirmation of the allocation of the complimentary ticket, subject to continued compliance with the eligibility conditions up to the date of travel and verification of any cancellation, change, irregularity or fraudulent activity as provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
- Use of Promo Code
- Allocation of the offer is subject to the use of the specific promo code made available for this campaign at the time of checkout on flytap.com.
- Failure to use the promo code at the time of purchase will result in the automatic and definitive loss of entitlement to the offer, regardless of compliance with the remaining conditions.
- Promo codes are limited to the total number of complimentary tickets available.
- The promo code must be entered before the purchase is completed and cannot be applied retrospectively after the airline ticket has been issued.
- Eligibility Conditions
- Bookings that meet all of the following conditions are eligible for the offer:
- Include both an outbound and a return flight operated by TAP Air Portugal;
- Final destination: Lisbon;
- Departure date: between June 15 and June 30, 2026;
- Tickets must be issued exclusively on flytap.com, in the market versions referred to in clause 1, during the campaign period;
- Full payment in cash (legal tender). Bookings paid wholly or partially using miles, loyalty programme points, vouchers, gift cards or any other non-cash instruments are excluded;
- Valid use of the campaign-specific promo code at checkout.
- Bookings that meet all of the following conditions are eligible for the offer:
- Non-Combinability
- This campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, offers or promo codes.
- Technical Price Adjustment
- For operational reasons associated with processing the promo code in the reservation system, a residual discount of up to 0,20 USD / 0,20 CAD / 0,20 EUR / 0,20 GBP may be applied, without affecting the final amount payable by the passenger or any rights arising from the campaign.
- Rock in Rio Lisbon Ticket Features
- Complimentary tickets are valid for the Rock in Rio Lisbon festival, to be held in Lisbon on June 27 or June 28, 2026.
- The specific festival date will be determined by TAP Air Portugal and/or the Rock in Rio organisation, subject to availability, and passengers cannot choose or request a specific date.
- The ticket will be sent in the format specified by TAP Air Portugal to the contact details provided in the booking, during May or June 2026.
- Rock in Rio Lisbon tickets are exclusively digital and must be presented on a mobile phone via the Quentro app. Screenshots, screen photographs or any other digital reproductions will not be accepted for entry to the event.
- Complimentary tickets are personal, free of charge, non-convertible into cash, non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-transferable, unless expressly authorised by TAP Air Portugal and/or the Rock in Rio Lisbon organisation.
- Use of the complimentary ticket is subject to the terms, conditions and access rules established by the Rock in Rio Lisbon organisation and/or the entity responsible for issuing and digitally managing the tickets.
- Booking Cancellations and Changes
- 9.1 Without prejudice to the rights granted to passengers under applicable law, the voluntary cancellation, in whole or in part, of the flight booking that gave rise to entitlement to the complimentary ticket shall result in the automatic and immediate loss of that entitlement, without replacement, refund or compensation, regardless of whether the complimentary ticket has already been issued and sent to the passenger. In such cases, TAP Air Portugal reserves the right to invalidate the complimentary ticket and request its return.
- When the cancellation or flight change is attributable to TAP Air Portugal, continued entitlement to the complimentary ticket will be assessed based on the eligibility of the new booking, availability of the offer and the specific circumstances of the case, without prejudice to the rights granted to passengers under applicable law.
- 9.2 Changes to the original booking that preserve eligibility, namely changes to the departure date to another date within the campaign period, without any change of destination, shall not result in the loss of entitlement to the complimentary ticket. Changes involving the issuance of a new ticket, a change of destination or a partial refund of the amount paid shall result in the automatic forfeiture of entitlement to the offer.
- 9.3 In the event of a well-founded suspicion of irregularity or fraud in the use of the promo code or the campaign conditions, TAP Air Portugal reserves the right to cancel the complimentary ticket, refuse its allocation or invalidate its use, without prejudice to any other rights available to it under applicable law.
- Campaign Changes, Suspension and Cancellation
- TAP Air Portugal reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel this campaign, in whole or in part, at any time, for operational, technical, legal or force majeure reasons, by means of communication through the channels in which the campaign has been promoted.
- Limitation of Liability
- TAP Air Portugal is responsible for sending complimentary tickets to eligible customers.
- TAP Air Portugal shall not be responsible for cancellations, postponements, programme changes or any other matters relating to the Rock in Rio Lisbon festival attributable to the event organisers. In the event of cancellation or alteration of the festival, passengers should contact the Rock in Rio organisation directly and shall not be entitled to any indemnity or compensation from TAP Air Portugal on that basis.
- TAP Air Portugal does not guarantee that the festival will take place, nor the artistic line-up, schedules, venue access conditions or any other operational aspects of the event, which are the sole responsibility of the event organisers.
- Eligibility of Participants
- Employees of TAP Air Portugal, S.A. and its subsidiaries, as well as their spouses and direct family members, are excluded from this campaign. Bookings made through travel agencies, tour operators, consolidators or any other intermediaries other than flytap.com are also excluded.
- Protection of Personal Data
- Participants’ personal data collected in connection with this campaign are processed by Transportes Aéreos Portugueses, S.A., NIPC 500278725, acting as the data controller, for the purposes of managing the campaign and sending the complimentary ticket, within the framework of the air transport contractual relationship. - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from this campaign shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Lisbon District Court, without prejudice to the passenger’s right to resort to alternative consumer dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable law.
