I'm pregnant. How should I check in?

Pregnant women can check in online or on a mobile device. However, you must collect your boarding card at the airport.

Can I check in for a minor?

No. Online and Mobile Check-in are not available for unaccompanied minors (children under 12) travelling with the additional escort service.

I'm travelling with an animal. How should I check in?

If you’re travelling with an animal - PETC (small domestic animals) and AVIH (service animals) - you can check in online or on a mobile device. However, you must collect your boarding card at the airport.

You can use Online Check-in and Mobile Check-in for a group of passengers. Each passenger must be added individually.

If you’re travelling with special requests and services (wheelchair, animal transport, extra seat, etc), you must check-in at the airport.

My flight has a stopover. Will I get a boarding pass for the entire journey?

Yes. You will receive the boarding passes for all the stages of your trip.

My flight has a stopover. Is luggage checked to its final destination?

Yes. The luggage will be tagged until the final destination of your ticket.

In some countries, you may have to collect the luggage for customs, at the entrance point. If this applies, you will be informed when you register your luggage.

After the check-in, where do I leave my checked luggage?

You may leave your checked luggage at any of the drop-off counters available in many airports.
