Before 01/08/2018, a fixed number of miles was applied to our Lisbon-Madrid flights: 100 miles (tap|discount), 500 miles (tap|basic, tap|classic, tap|plus), 1,000 miles (tap|executive, tap|top executive). From 01/08/2018, miles are calculated according to the brand purchased and the distance covered in miles.
As of the 01/08/2018 new fixed amounts of miles are earned on our Ponte Aérea flights (Lisbon-Porto): 100 miles (tap|discount), 150 miles (tap|basic), 200 miles (tap|classic), 250 miles (tap|plus), 250 miles (tap|executive) and 250 miles (tap|top executive).
Not applicable for charter flights, coach/train/ship or for ID/AD/TC/DG/BP tickets.
On codeshare flights, miles can generally be earned with the TP flight number (if operated by a TAP Miles&Go partner airline).
Earning miles on certain TAP brands/products, flights and routes may be subject to restrictions.

3. You are ready to fly off again

Now you have landed, start thinking about your next trip with the miles earned.

All eligible miles are credited as Bonus Miles to the balance and they can be exchanged for benefits. However, only the miles earned from flights with TAP and members of the Star Alliance network count towards Silver and Gold status.
Miles are credited in accordance with the rules of the airline operating the flight. Charter flights are excluded.
The booking class, which is stated on the ticket, may not match the class used to account for the miles.
The partner can exclude any fare and route that may have been used to obtain discounts on upgrades, according to its rules.
Miles not automatically credited may be claimed up to six months after the flight date. They are subject to credit approval by the partner.
Retroactive claims can be made up to 8 days after the flight date.
