Complimentary Meals and On-Board Sales Service
Medium-Haul and Domestic Flights
On flights where the on-board sales service is available (1), you can check the menu and purchase all available products whenever you wish. Payment is made at the time of purchase, only by credit or debit card (2). You can request water for free whenever you need it.
Long-haul flights
You will be served complimentary meals (3) designed and prepared to give you the best experience on board. You can choose from the dishes and drinks available.

(1) The on-board sales service is available on routes to and from Europe (except Porto, Faro, Alicante, Bilbao, Madrid, Málaga, Seville and Valencia) and North Africa (except Casablanca and Tangier).
(2) Payments are accepted via American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Contactless, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Payment must be made in euros and is limited to €100 per transaction. Cash is not accepted.
(3) These meals are complimentary with any fare and are available on all long-haul flights. If your journey includes a connection within Europe or North Africa, the on-board sales service will be available.
Did you know that our tableware fly in a closed-loop recycling system?
With the aim of flying towards a more sustainable future, we are collaborating with deSter to close the recycling loop for our Economy Class tableware. At the end of each trip, our tableware is transformed into raw materials that are subsequently used in the production of new pieces, incorporating up to 25% recycled material.
