- Airport taxes are added to these amounts.
- Return ticket (adults and children): maximum 6 legs.
- One-way ticket (adults and children): maximum 3 legs.
- MilesOnly Tickets are not valid on charter flights.
- Waiting lists are not permitted.
- Side trips are not permitted.
- Maximum of one Stopover per Ticket, only available for roundtrip journeys. Stopover is not available for one way flights
- Open Jaw is permitted and the miles will be charged based on the highest Award Ticket area.
- Permitted combinations for MilesOnly Tickets: Star Alliance flights (a network that includes TAP).
- Once the ticket has been issued, Customers can change the schedule but they must keep the same route and period of validity. Administrative fees may apply. See values here.
- Validity of MilesOnly Tickets: up to 1 year after issue. Some special offers may reduce the ticket validity period.
- MilesOnly Tickets are refundable if the flights involved have not yet occurred. Administrative fees may be charged for the refund of the miles.
- The Customer must inform the airline of the cancellation before the flight date, whether travelling on the MilesOnly Ticket or if an upgrade was made with miles. Otherwise a no-show penalty will be levied on the Customer, which is in addition to the miles refund request.
- Blackout periods may apply on certain airlines.
- The seat availability varies according to the destination and time of year. The number of seats is limited even if flights are not fully booked. These awards may not be available on all flights. Please contact TAP Miles&Go Service Centre.
- Every time you book a segment in Executive Class, the miles amount corresponding to Executive Class will be applied for the whole trip.
- Every time you book a segment in First Class, the miles amount corresponding to First Class will be applied for the whole trip.

How to book a trip with TAP using MilesOnly and Miles&Cash*
1. Login to your account.
Login to your customer area by entering your personal details.
2. Make the booking
Select the “Book with miles” option. When entering the flight details, select the option you require: “MilesOnly" or "Miles&Cash".
3. Time to travel
Now you just have to fly! Welcome aboard!

Terms and conditions
- Airport taxes are added to these amounts.
- MilesOnly and Miles&Cash Tickets are not valid on charter flights.
- MilesOnly and Miles&Cash Tickets do not allow upgrades.
- MilesOnly and Miles&Cash Tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue, except for promotional tickets.
- You can change the date, time, flight number and class after the ticket is issued, by paying a fee - see values here. As far as class is concerned, the fee applies only if there is no availability in the original class on the new date upon debiting award miles in Executive Class.
- Stopovers are not permitted.
- The Companion Ticket only applies to the MilesOnly product, it is not valid for children, and can only be issued for travel on the same flight, date and class that the TAP Miles&GO Gold Customer has reserved. Valid for all TAP Miles&Go Gold Customers flying on a paid TAP return fare ticket. The discount applied to the companion ticket is based on the regular fare table.

- All airport taxes must be paid when tickets are issued.
- Tickets issued through the call center and the website can only be paid with credit card or Multibanco ATM card. Other means of payment are only permitted in the TAP Stores.
- If the ticket is issued at a TAP counter in Brazil, the value in foreign currency will be converted into Brazilian Real at the exchange rate on that day.
- Have your credit card number ready for payment of airport taxes and service fees. As soon as the booking is made, the miles corresponding to your award will be debited from your mileage account. Please note that the tickets are issued immediately after booking. Waiting lists are only allowed for Gold Customers.

There is no obligation to pay for these miles. Your balance can be settled as new miles credits are added to your TAP Miles&Go Account.
For faster balance settlement, the Customer may choose to purchase a miles accrual product (Club, Gift Miles, or miles transfer and/or purchase).
- All TAP Miles&Go passengers who book their award ticket travel through the TAP Miles&Go Service Center and plan to issue tickets for other persons, will need to send an authorization signed by you. Reservations at shorter notice can only be made through TAP Miles&Go Service Centre. The aim of this procedure is to enable a more secure usage of your miles account thereby ensuring that no tickets will be issued without Customers’ permission. For the booking to be confirmed, the authorisation must be received within 24 hours after the booking has been made. If the authorisation is not sent to the e-mail address [email protected] within the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled.
- The miles and values announced in this page do not apply to flights departing from Brazil.
- From the October 1st, 2018 MilesOnly and Miles&Cash Tickets for children have a 25% discount on the miles price of a MilesOnly and Miles&Cash Ticket for an adult.
- Changes in Award Tickets issued between March 8 and March 31, 2020 (valid for TAP flights only): no penalty if the change is made at least 21 days before the flight date, €50 charge if the change is made within 21 days before the flight date.
