At the airport or at home

Checking in doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. Find out about the way of checking in that is most convenient for you.

Regardless of how you check in, don’t forget that you must be at the boarding gate at least 30 before departure time.

New Check-in A Area

TAP passengers can now use this new area at Lisbon Airport to check in their own baggage.

Modern, spacious and practical, with its Self Bag-Drop service and E-Check-in Kiosks, will make your journey easier.

At Check-in A you can:

  • Take care of your baggage;
  • Print your boarding card and baggage label;
  • Avoid the queues at the desk;
This space can be found after the main entrance to the airport (near the Ponte Aérea gates) and is open only to passengers travelling within the Schengen Area.

Self-service check-in kiosks

At some airports, you may find our self-service check-in kiosks, which allow you to:

  • Check in quickly and automatically.
  • Choose your seat and print your board pass.
  • Use the e-ticket number, booking code or Victoria customer number given when booking as identification.

If you are travelling with baggage, you can hand it in at the drop-off desks at the airport.

Available for all flights operated by TAP or TAP Express (numbered 1 to 3999).

All passengers must be at the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure time, otherwise they may not be allowed to board.

Check-in desks

If you prefer, you can check in at the check-in desks at the airport. Bear in mind that this may take longer and you should plan to arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
