Where can I use my voucher or compensation card?

You can use the available balance on your voucher or compensation card to purchase tickets or additional services on TAP flights.

On the payment page, select the “Add TAP voucher, compensation card or promo code” option, and enter the voucher or card number.

The value of the voucher or compensation card will be automatically deducted from the total purchase amount.

Can I combine the available balance on the voucher or compensation card with a TAP Miles&Go Programme promotion?

No, the available balance cannot be combined with TAP Miles&Go Programme promotions.

Can I use the value of a voucher or compensation card for more than one purchase?

Yes, any unused amount will remain available for future purchases.

Can I use more than one voucher or compensation card for the same purchase?

Yes, you can use up to three vouchers, compensation cards, or a combination of both to pay for a purchase, provided that no remaining amount needs to be paid by another method.

How can I use a voucher or compensation card to add a service to an already ticketed booking?

Yes. To do so, you must contact our Contact Centre (this cannot be done online).

Can I combine vouchers and compensation cards issued in different currencies in the same payment?

No. Only vouchers and compensation cards issued in the same currency can be used for a single payment.

Can I use vouchers and compensation cards in a currency other than the currency of purchase?

Yes.

Conditions of Use

Compensation cards

The card can be converted into cash by bank transfer.
The expiry date of the card can be found in the 'Valid until' field.
The card is valid for payment of travel and / or TAP services.
The card can be used for online purchases at flytap.com.
Up to three cards may be used for the same purchase.
If there is any remaining amount to be paid, a maximum of two cards may be used, with the balance being paid using another payment method.
If you wish to use more than three cards for the same online purchase, or if the value of three cards is not sufficient to cover the total purchase amount, you must contact our Contact Centre.
The value of the card does not need to be used all at once.
The remaining balance can be converted into cash by bank transfer.
The card may only be used or converted into cash within its validity period.
The card may be used to pay for a ticket or service for a third party.
The credit held on the card may not be sold.

TAP Vouchers
