Visits and wine tastings at Fitapreta are scheduled by a team that will guide you in discovering the culture and identity of its wines, its winery and the Alentejo region.
Go and discover all the stories and dive into the classics or even the grape varieties from other regions tested on Alentejo soil, as well as the recovery of vineyards more than 50 years old that reflect the traditions of the ancient Alentejo and the irreverent vision of winemaker António Maçanita. There are several experiences depending on your availability and curiosity.

Experiences

  • Kiss & Fly - Enjoy 3 wines from the Classic and Signature Series wine families accompanied by a cheese board from a local producer.
    • Includes: Visit + Wine tasting from the vat + 3 wine tastings + 1 cheese board.
    • Duration of 60 minutes.

  • Big Picture - Ideal for wine enthusiasts Discover the history of Fitapreta, Paço do Morgado de Oliveira, as well as the winemaking processes, and take the opportunity to taste wine straight from the vats. Taste 5 wines paired with a cheese board from local producers.
    • Includes: Visit + Wine tasting from the vat + 5-wine tastings + 3 cheese board.
    • Duration of 90 minutes.

  • Yes! I’m a Wine Geek! - Immerse yourself in all the historical details and discover the intrinsic connection of Fitapreta wines with the past, present and future of Alentejo. Taste wines still aging, straight from the vats or barrels.
    • Includes: Visit + Wine tasting from the vat/barrel + Thematic tasting of 7 wines + Board of 3 cheeses & 100% acorn-fed Ham.
    • Duration of 120 minutes and a minimum of 2 participants.

  • Master of wine! - Tasting of 10 wines dedicated to a theme of your particular interest with a table filled with traditional delicacies or tidbits from the region. 100% tailormade experience, dedicated to the most passionate ones and eager to satisfy a specific curiosity. 
    • Includes: Visit + Thematic tasting of 10 Wines + Selection of local delicacies + Wine tasting from the vat.
    • Duration of 180 minutes and a minimum of 4 participants.

  • Masterclass António Maçanita style - Masterclass by the winemaker himself or his team, as requested.
    Minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 25.

  • Kids Experience - There is an enchanted world between vineyards, bunches of grapes, palaces and many barrels waiting to be discovered by the youngest.
    • Includes: Interactive book + Blind Tasting of nectars + Bunch of grapes hunting + Painting with grape must + Tasting of grapes musts/nectars.
