Terms and Conditions
- This offer applies only to bookings made at flytap.com for flights operated by TAP or TAP Express in Economy or Business Class. It excludes Ponte Aérea flights (LIS-OPO and OPO-LIS), tickets purchased with miles, and baby tickets.
- Cash&Miles allows you to apply a minimum discount by redeeming 100 miles (one-way flights) or 200 miles (round-trip flights), and is available only to Customers who are logged in to TAP Miles&Go when booking.
- Up to 55% off the booking's base fare can be applied, if the available miles balance permits. The discount does not apply to extra products or services purchased with the booking (examples: extra baggage and insurance).
- The miles will be deducted from the TAP Miles&Go Account linked to the login details used when creating the booking.
- Miles redeemed through Cash&Miles are non-refundable, except on Plus, Top Prime and Top Executive fares, provided the miles are valid.
- Minimum discount guaranteed for all Customers with a positive balance (>= 0). If the balance is insufficient, the account may temporarily reflect a negative balance. In that case, the Customer will not be able to use Cash&Miles again until their balance is equal to or greater than zero.
- Available only for payment methods that allow the use of miles. If the message "miles cannot be used with this payment method. The discounted price has been removed" is displayed, the Customer must select the discount again and choose a supported payment method.
- For bookings paid via ATM, miles will be refunded only in the event of cancellation due to non-payment.
- Cash&Miles cannot be used when other promotions are applied to the booking, such as conference codes, promo codes, or Gift Miles Vouchers.
- For bookings that combine Cash&Miles with the Time to Think option, new discounts can be applied only if the customer logs in again to TAP Miles&Go at confirmation and the miles balance permits.
