To better respond to the needs and suggestions of our passengers, we inform you that the TAP Premium Lounge will close for space improvement works between January 20 and February 28.

Access lounges with TAP

When traveling with TAP you have access to more than 60 lounges around the world, including TAP's Premium Lounge where you will feel like a star! This access is free for premium passengers, and can be purchased if your fare or status does not include this service.

In our lounges you can relax or work in comfort and privacy while waiting for your flight, enjoying access to the following amenities:

Discover the new measures and restrictions designed with you and your safety in mind:
  • See the daily menu using the QR Code.
  • Buffet service changed to an ordering service.
  • Buffet offer changed, providing wrapped products and disposable cutlery.
  • Hot breakfasts and lunch/dinner service unchanged. 
  • Automatic counting system at the lounge entrance to inform the Customers about the occupancy rate.
  • Acrylic separators in the reception, bar and buffets, and glass separator at the main buffet.
  • Seating layout organised to ensure passenger safety.
  • Several alcohol gel disinfectant dispensers located throughout the lounge.
  • Physical reading replaced by digital reading.
  • Mandatory wearing of mask and gloves by all staff.
  • Increased cleaning and disinfection of the lounge.
  • Temporary closure of children’s zone and resting zone.
  • Showers temporarily unavailable.
  • Access to computers and printers temporarily unavailable.

Know the rules of conduct of the TAP Premium Lounge

It is the responsibility of clients to:
  • Look after the Premium Lounge's facilities and amenities, avoiding waste and damage to any object;
  • Be responsible for their personal objects, documents and belongings in general;
  • Behave in an adequate manner, maintaining a peaceful environment;
  • Be aware of their flights' boarding time.

The TAP Premium Lounge reserves the right to ask clients behaving inappropriately or who fail to comply with the above rules to leave the Lounge. Examples of inappropriate behaviour are: drunkenness, rudeness towards the staff, aggressive behaviour, perform acts considered harmful and/or unsuitable to the environment.

It is strictly forbidden: 
  • To smoke in the Premium Lounge facilities (including electronic cigarettes);
  • To walk about in the Premium Lounge in nightwear or barefoot; 
  • To use any type of illegal object or substance;
  • To lie down on and/or rest your feet on the sofas or tables;
  • To play any device loudly;
  • To take in animals, except guide dogs and duly authorised and documented animals, which cannot be removed from the boxes they are carried in; 
  • For undocumented passengers to enter;
  • For minors not accompanied by a responsible adult to enter; 
  • For minors to consume alcoholic beverages;1
  • To photos or record videos in the Premium Lounge without the authorisation of TAP; 
  • To remove products, food or drinks from the room (items exclusively for internal consumption), this may lead to the police and the TAP Security Team being called.Premium Lounge Rules of Conduct;
  • Look after the Premium Lounge's facilities and amenities, avoiding waste and damage to any object;
  • Be responsible for their personal objects, documents and belongings in general;
  • Behave in an adequate manner, maintaining a peaceful environment;
  • Be aware of their flights' boarding time;
  • Food and beverages purchased outside of the Lounge cannot be brought in or consumed in the Lounge.
