It is strictly forbidden:
- To smoke in the Premium Lounge facilities (including electronic cigarettes)
- To walk about in the Premium Lounge in nightwear or barefoot;
- To use any type of illegal object or substance;
- To lie down on and/or rest your feet on the sofas or tables;
- To play any device loudly;
- To take in animals, except guide dogs and duly authorised and documented animals, which cannot be removed from the boxes they are carried in;
- For undocumented passengers to enter;
- For minors not accompanied by a responsible adult to enter;
- For minors to consume alcoholic beverages;*
- To photos or record videos in the Premium Lounge without the authorisation of TAP;
- To remove products, food or drinks from the room (items exclusively for internal consumption), this may lead to the police and the TAP Security Team being called.Premium Lounge Rules of Conduct;
- Look after the Premium Lounge's facilities and amenities, avoiding waste and damage to any object;
- Be responsible for their personal objects, documents and belongings in general;
- Behave in an adequate manner, maintaining a peaceful environment;
- Be aware of their flights' boarding time;
- Food and beverages purchased outside of the Lounge cannot be brought in or consumed in the Lounge.
*Minors: Aged 18 years in Europe, or 21 years in the USA.
It is the responsibility of clients to:
- Look after the Premium Lounge's facilities and amenities, avoiding waste and damage to any object;
- Be responsible for their personal objects, documents and belongings in general;
- Behave in an adequate manner, maintaining a peaceful environment;
- Be aware of their flights' boarding time.
The TAP Premium Lounge reserves the right to ask clients behaving inappropriately or who fail to comply with the above rules to leave the Lounge. Examples of inappropriate behaviour are: drunkenness, rudeness towards the staff, aggressive behaviour, perform acts considered harmful and/or unsuitable to the environment.
