** Exemption applicable to fare tickets containing the Gold Client number, upon request to the Contact Center.

Terms and conditions

  1. After an MilesOnly or Miles&Cash Ticket issuance, only the date of travel or flight number (time) can be changed. Is is not possible to change the booking class or route.
  2. All MilesOnly and Miles&Cash Tickets may be cancelled up to 24 hours before departure, providing they have not been partially used and are still valid. Miles will be re-credited with the initial validity date.
  3. The service charge for TAP Miles&Go Service Centre is not refundable.
