Renew your Gold status and keep your miles and use them whenever you want. This benefit is not available to Gold Partners (1).
No-fee changes in Ponte Aérea flights
If you bring forward a Ponte Aérea flight on the same day, you won't have to pay the change fee.
Year-Off
For Customers who have been TAP Miles&Go Gold members for at least five consecutive years, as well as TAP Miles&Go Club subscribers (2).
- Free Gold status for a friend (Gold Partner)
Gift Gold status to another TAP Miles&Go Customer and share most of the benefits of your status (3). This offer is valid as long as you maintain your status. To request any changes, you must wait until the end of your Annual Qualification Period (AQP).
(1) Applies only to miles that expire in the current miles Annual Qualification Period (AQP).
(2) The maximum Year-Off period is 12 months, based on the Customer's Annual Qualification Period (AQP). The Customer may submit the request prior to the status reassessment, and the Year-Off will be valid only until the end of their next Annual Qualification Period (AQP). To enjoy this benefit, the customer must have an active TAP Miles&Go Club membership (Basic Club memberships are excluded from this offer) and must have held TAP Miles&Go Gold status for at least five years. To activate your membership, please contact TAP Miles&Go Customer Service. This offer is renewable after at least 5 years as a TAP Miles&Go Gold Customer. This benefit is not available to Gold partners, designated Customers (Gold Partners) or Gold Corporate Customers.
(3) Only Customers who obtained their Gold status through Status Miles or flown segments can gift Gold status to a friend. Customers who obtained their status through other means (such as Gold Partners, Status Match Customers, Corporate Partners, Designated Customers, campaign Customers or others) are not eligible for this offer.
