Yellow fever vaccination

Before you travel, confirm the vaccination requirements of your destination.

Vaccination requirements and recommendations

Be aware of the restrictions and requirements of each country's health measures and always confirm, before any trip, whether you are required to have the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP*) for yellow fever. If your destination requires the ICVP, we recommend that you comply with the applicable regulations.

*With lifetime validity, this document proves vaccination against yellow fever and is essential for entry into certain territories, as a measure to prevent the spread of disease.

List of countries that require the ICIVP

Access the full list of countries where the ICVP is required, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Please note the origin and destination of your trip, as well as any connections longer than 12 hours.

If you need to receive the yellow fever vaccine, it must be administered at least ten days before arrival at your destination.
If you have already received the yellow fever vaccine but have lost your certificate, or if it was issued more than ten years ago, please contact an International Vaccination Centre to request a replacement certificate or a lifetime validity stamp.
