TAP Air Portugal's commercial relationship with Optiontown ended on 21 July 2026. As a result, Optiontown is no longer authorized to market, sell, or issue travel passes related to TAP services. Any travel pass, voucher or similar product sold, issued or promoted by Optiontown after 21 July 2026 was not authorized by TAP and will not be accepted or honoured by TAP.

Any eligibility for redemption, replacement or other customer assistance will be assessed by TAP on a case-by-case basis, based solely on TAP's records and any supporting information requested from the customer. TAP reserves the right to refuse any travel pass, voucher or benefit that was sold, issued, transferred or otherwise provided without TAP's authorization, or that cannot be verified through TAP's records.

Nothing in this notice constitutes an assumption by TAP of Optiontown's obligations or liabilities. Any assistance provided by TAP is subject to verification and eligibility assessment and shall not constitute an acknowledgment of liability.
