Terms and conditions

  1. To ensure all TAP Miles&Go Clients receive their membership benefits and advantages, whatever their status, all bookings must either be processed via the website or directly with the hotel. Bookings made in any other way will not receive miles or be able to take advantage of these conditions.
  2. All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card, with the money being debited once the guest checks in.
  3. Free cancellations are available up to 6pm on the day before scheduled arrival, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
  4. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show the client will be charged one night to cover expenses, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
  5. There may be exceptions in some hotels (in the Algarve in particular) and during certain holiday periods across the Turim Hotel Group – Carnival, Easter, New Year, Algarve high season months, conferences, fairs, etc. We strongly recommend that you ask about this while making your booking.
  6. Our preferred payment method is credit card, although you may also pay by debit card or cash during check-in. We do not accept cheques.
  7. Miles will be credited to your TAP Miles&Go account within 90 days.
  8. Once the miles have been credited to the Client’s Account they cannot be returned.
