Terms and conditions

  1. Upgrades are only available in certain booking Classes and may vary by carrier.
  2. US Airways' partnership has ended on 16 January 2015.
  3. Upgrades cannot be combined with other awards.
  4. The same number of miles is required for Upgrades, whether the passengers are adults or children.
  5. Same conditions as original ticket apply.
  6. You collect Status Miles based on the original ticket.
  7. Mileage requirement stated is per flight segment.
  8. For cancellation and rebooking please contact the operating carrier directly.
  9. The seat availability varies according to the destination and time of year. The number of seats is limited even if flights are not fully booked. These awards may not be available on all flights. Please contact your TAP Miles&Go Service Centre.
  10. Scandinavian does not allow Star Alliance Upgrade Awards on domestic or European flights.
  11. An Upgrade at the Star Alliance network can only be done if booked with the operator company. Flights in codeshare excluded.
