Bistrô4 brings its concept of bistronomy to Lisbon. This gastronomic trend, born in France, fuses bistro and 'haute cuisine' in quality cookery at affordable prices. This concept serves a menu that changes with both the seasons and the products available on the market. Bistrô4 is the restaurant of the five-star hotel PortoBay Liberdade.

The menu highlights the Chef's choices and seasonal products and Bistrô4 promises a gastronomic trip, inspired by some French classics, Portuguese flavors and some Brazilian flair. From omelette's and vegetarian options, main dishes and delicious desserts, to cold and hot snacks - true "Portuguese-style tapas" - full of flavor and joy. Pan-fried limpets, veal tartar, cod... each dish has a story, interpreted in the manner of the one who tells it.
