The new Programme Terms and Conditions will take effect on 29 November 2025. To find out more, click here (PDF, 401 KB, EN).

1. The TAP Miles&Go Programme

The TAP Miles&Go Programme, managed by the airline Transportes Aéreos Portugueses, S.A. (TAP Air Portugal), is a Loyalty Program aimed at TAP Air Portugal passengers, which consists of granting affiliated Customers credit miles based on the Customer's flights with TAP Air Portugal or on the expenses with the Program's partners.

This granting of credit miles follows pre-established values and the terms, conditions, and limitations specified below. The Customer affiliated with the TAP Miles&Go Programme can accumulate TAP Miles&Go miles for later use on a wide range of services, prizes, and benefits, being subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Any modifications to the brands—TAP and TAP Miles&Go—do not affect previous contracts with private individuals or corporate entities.

Registering for the TAP Miles&Go Programme is cost-free.

The prices of TAP Miles&Go Programme Miles Tickets are flexible. Namely, the miles required to issue Miles Tickets depend on supply and demand conditions, the availability of seats on flights operated by TAP, the advance of purchase, and low- or high-demand periods, such as holidays and other special dates.

All the information required for issuing Miles Tickets, such as the required miles, availability of national and international destinations, flight dates and times, and seat availability, is readily available for online consultation when Customers search for flights.

The Customer acknowledges that TAP Miles&Go does not practice pre-determined prices for Miles Tickets or other prizes. The prices charged will be those available and informed here, upon prior consultation. These will also reflect, among other factors, the availability of the prizes on TAP flights or Partner Airlines.

Observation: The prices of TAP Miles&Go Programme Miles Tickets and the availability of the prize on TAP flights or Partner Airlines are subject to change.

2. TAP Miles&Go Programme Regulations

The Terms and Conditions set forth herein establish the basic rules for membership in the TAP Miles&Go Programme and are subject to change. This revision of the TAP Miles&Go Programme Terms and Conditions corresponds to the latest version currently in force.

This official version of the TAP Miles&Go Programme Terms and Conditions supersedes all the details and content of the Terms and Conditions on platforms other than the TAP Air Portugal website.

The Terms and Conditions, originally in Portuguese, are translated into English, French, Spanish, and German. For all purposes, particularly in matters of interpretation, only the Portuguese version is binding.

All validity dates specified in certain Program benefits or actions follow the Continental Portugal time zone.

TAP Air Portugal reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any new rules or revisions to the TAP Miles&Go Programme Terms and Conditions become binding at the time of publication via the Internet for all Customers, including TAP Miles&Go Silver and TAP Miles&Go Gold subscribers.

Written communication in Customer Service is available in five languages: Portuguese, English, German, French, and Spanish.

3. TAP Miles&Go Miles

The TAP Miles&Go Miles are the cash equivalent for the TAP Miles&Go Programme. To that effect, unless TAP formalizes a written agreement with other programs, bonus points or miles cannot be converted into TAP Miles&Go Programme miles.

4. TAP Miles&Go Programme—Customers

By subscribing to the Program, Customers agree to a contractual relationship with TAP, governed by these Terms and Conditions, which define the rights and obligations of the participation of TAP Miles&Go Programme subscribing Customers.

TAP reserves the right to amend, in whole or in part, or to terminate the TAP Miles&Go Programme or any affiliated partnership at any time and without prior notice.

When using the helpline for the TAP Miles&Go Programme, the Customers authorize the recording of telephone calls for control reasons and service improvement.

For Customer identification, we only accept the TAP Miles&Go Customer Number (TP).

5. Joining the TAP Miles&Go Programme

Customers can easily join the TAP Miles&Go Programme by filling out the subscription form available on this website or via the mobile application.

The membership is open to all individuals over two years of age who have read and accepted the Program Terms and Conditions.

Any person from two to eighteen years old may be a Customer, provided their parents, guardians, or legal representatives correctly fill out the application form to join the Program. The representatives of minors will be responsible for the Account and use of the minor's card. TAP will be exempt from any liability arising from the respective Account management or the card's use.

Corporate entities, other groups, or associations are not eligible for membership.

Each Customer is allowed to hold only one TAP Miles&Go Account.

Registration for the TAP Miles&Go Programme requires subscribing to the TAP Account and automatic access to its base level: TAP Miles&Go.

TAP Miles&Go Customers can access the TAP Miles&Go Programme benefits after the validation of the respective details in the TAP database.

Customers are solely responsible for informing any third parties, companies (such as their employer), or government entities regarding their TAP Miles&Go Programme membership and related prizes and benefits to which they have access.

The TAP Miles&Go Programme awards miles only to its Customers and is not responsible for any agreements established between its Customers and any third parties (such as employers).

Customers are responsible for the regular management and monitoring of the Account regarding both its credits and debits.

6. TAP Miles&Go Programme—Membership Termination

Membership will automatically cease immediately following the discontinuation of the TAP Miles&Go Programme.

TAP will erase all the holder's details, except for the CPF number (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry), stored until the end of the calendar year in which the cancellation occurs. If the Customers cancel their TAP Miles&Go Account, they will not be able to open a new one during the corresponding calendar year.

TAP may discontinue the TAP Miles&Go Programme membership of a particular Customer, with immediate effect, if the Customer:

Fails to adhere to the Terms and Conditions or any other rules and regulations referenced herein, provided such terms, rules, and regulations are reported to the Customer on time. The access criteria for the TAP Lounges incorporate these Terms and Conditions without prejudice to any other rules or regulations;
Seeks to obtain benefits and prizes from the TAP Miles&Go Programme by presenting false, inappropriate, or abusive information. Customers who submit this type of information are liable for any resulting damages, and the TAP Miles&Go Programme miles thus obtained will be declared void;
Acts in an unruly or disruptive manner on board or in TAP facilities or transgresses the rules of access, use, and permanence in those facilities (including TAP Lounges or any other areas managed by TAP) or in the facilities of any partner or airline affiliated with the TAP Miles&Go Programme;
Grossly violates the duty to act in good faith, with respect and politeness, in interactions with TAP and its employees through any communication channels made available by TAP, namely through the Contact Center and social networks.

TAP may block TAP Miles&Go Programme Accounts on suspicion of fraud without any penalty to TAP or its partners. If the suspicion is confirmed, TAP reserves the right to exclude the Customer from the Program without prior notice, prevent the Customer from becoming a TAP Miles&Go cardholder a second time, and cancel any associated benefits, including miles, awarded prizes, and bookings.

The following outlines the criteria for fraud confirmation:

Customers who negotiate points with third parties, transgressing the rules set forth in this Regulation, including, but not limited to, cases of irregular purchase, sale, or marketing of airline tickets or products / services acquired in whole or in part with miles;
Customers using a fraudulent or deceitful method to accumulate miles or abusing prizes and benefits from the TAP Miles&Go Programme or partners;
Customers contributing to or handling inappropriately or suspiciously the TAP Miles&Go Account, resulting in damage to TAP or the TAP Miles&Go Programme or its Airline, Commercial, and Financial Partners;
Customers engaging in conduct contrary to that established in this or the Partners' Regulation.

TAP offers the TAP Miles&Go Programme to its Customers as a valuable benefit. If Customers do not accept the rules, the awarded prizes or benefits, or wish to quit the Program, they may cancel their membership via email at any time and without prior notice.

Upon termination of membership, all the unused miles accumulated to date will be declared void following these Terms and Conditions.

Membership Termination upon Death

TAP Miles&Go Accounts will be automatically closed upon the holder's death. The TAP Miles&Go miles credited to the closed Account may be transferred without prejudice to this termination, free of charge, to the heirs of the deceased account holder, provided that:

The transfer request must be submitted in writing to TAP, identifying the TAP Miles&Go Account to which the TAP Miles&Go Miles will be released, along with the identification of the respective account holder;
The request to transfer TAP Miles&Go miles must include a copy of the Qualification of Heirs and the Death Certificate.

7. TAP Miles&Go Customer Number and TAP Miles&Go Customer Card

To access TAP Miles&Go Programme prizes and benefits, the presentation of the Customer card or the TAP Miles&Go Customer Number (TP) is mandatory.

TAP Miles&Go Silver and Gold Cards are only available in digital format.
TAP Miles&Go Customers can access the automatically updated digital version of the card that applies to their current status. The digital version of the card features a QR code that performs the same functions as the usual magnetic strip for data consultation.

On July 2, 2018, the Gold card went digital. After the initial validation of the card, and for the first thirty days, Customers can opt for the physical card without paying an additional fee—Grace Period. How it works:

The Customer can request a physical card free of charge within the first thirty days after the initial validation. After this period, a fee of twenty-five euros will apply.
Only available for the card's initial validity.
Throughout the second validity period, all Gold Customers cards will go digital, with the option to request a physical card by paying a twenty-five euros fee.

For proper identification with partners, TAP Miles&Go Customers must present their digital cards on their mobile phones.

The card management and its correct usage are the Customer's responsibility, whether in digital or physical format.
The TAP Miles&Go Card is personal and non-transferable and cannot be used after its expiration date or after the TAP Miles&Go Programme membership termination.
Customers can consult their miles Account on the Internet. Access is only possible through login, using the TAP Miles&Go Customer Number (TP) and password.
TAP Miles&Go Customers must not make their personal Account number or password available to any third party, including family members, employees, or work colleagues.
The Customer, holding a TAP Miles&Go Account, will be exclusively responsible for any damages or omissions resulting from the improper use of the access data. The benefits attributed to TAP Miles&Go Customers, relating to the title of a TAP Miles&Go Customers card, cannot accumulate with other card rewards from TAP Miles&Go Programme partners.

Customers have thirty days to decide whether to keep the physical card.

8. TAP Miles&Go Status

To be eligible for an upgrade as a TAP Miles&Go Silver Customer, TAP Miles&Go Customers must accumulate 30,000 Status Miles or complete twenty-five flights or segments operated by TAP during the Status Miles Annual Mileage Accrual.

To maintain the Silver Status, Customers must accumulate 20,000 Status Miles or complete fifteen flights or segments operated by TAP during the Status Miles Annual Mileage Accrual. To be eligible for an upgrade as a TAP Miles&Go Gold Customer, Customers must accumulate 70,000 Status Miles or complete 50 flights or segments operated by TAP during the Status Miles Annual Mileage Accrual. To maintain the Gold Status (including Status Match), Customers must accumulate 50,000 Status Miles or complete forty flights or segments operated by TAP during the Status Miles Annual Mileage Accrual. Customers can renew their tier through Gold and Gold Corporate partners or campaigns by accumulating the conditions described in "Become a Gold Customer" (70,000 Status Miles or fifty segments on TAP flights).

The Annual Mileage Accrual refers to the period the Customer can qualify for a higher status level or re-qualify for their current status. This period starts at the date the Customer joins the Program. Whenever flying with TAP and based on the total number of miles, Silver Customers, in addition to 25% of Bonus Miles, will collect 25% of Status Miles.

Based on the total number of miles flown, Gold Customers, in addition to 50% of Bonus Miles, will collect 50% of Status Miles.

Gold Customers who renew their status will have the miles set to expire at the end of the Annual Mileage Accrual extended for twelve months. This extension takes effect on the Customer's miles expiration date. This benefit does not apply to Gold partnerships. Example: Gold Customer with Annual Mileage Accrual ending on September 30 holds 20,000 miles expiring on September 30, 2020. On October 1, the Customer renews the status; on October 1, the Account will be credited 20,000 miles in return.

TAP Miles&Go Silver and TAP Miles&Go Gold membership is automatic immediately upon accumulating the total required miles.

The miles Account statement reflects the number of Status Miles accumulated.

Only Status Miles are eligible for TAP Miles&Go Silver and TAP Miles&Go Gold membership.

In conformity to the IATA rulings, mile accrual or segment counting is not permitted on Miles Tickets, MilesOnly, or Miles&Cash, nor on tickets under categories ID, AD, BP, DG, DM, GE, IN, RG, or UD (industry discount tickets).

9. Mileage Accrual

Bonus Factors on all flights operated by TAP and TAP Express:

Discount - 20%*;
Basic - 50% (intercontinental flights);
Classic - 70% (Europe and North Africa) and 100% (intercontinental flights);
Plus - 100% (Europe and North Africa) and 150% (intercontinental flights);
Executive - 150% (Europe, North Africa, and intercontinental flights);
Top Executive - 200% (Europe, North Africa, and intercontinental flights).

*Discount—tickets issued and reissued in Discount until October 31, 2023, do not permit mileage accrual.

Charter flights do not accrue miles. Customers will also accumulate miles on flights operated in codeshare with flight number TP (if operated by an Airline affiliated with the TAP Miles&Go Programme).

Bus, train, or ferry services do not accrue miles.

In conformity to the IATA rulings, mile accumulation or segment counting is not permitted on Miles Tickets, MilesOnly, or Miles&Cash, nor on tickets under categories ID, AD, BP, DG, DM, GE, IN, RG, or UD (industry discount tickets).

Bonus Miles are collectible only on TAP Partner Airlines.

Status Miles are collectible only on flights operated by TAP and Star Alliance airlines.

Customers can redeem Bonus Miles as rewards, but only Status Miles contribute towards TAP Miles&Go Silver or TAP Miles&Go Gold status.

Miles accrue according to the rules of the carrier operating the flight.

The allocation of miles collected on services provided by selected partners of the TAP Miles&Go Programme complies with the terms defined by the partners of the TAP Miles&Go Programme for booking, payment, and usage of services.

Miles do not accumulate if a TAP Miles&Go Programme Customer receives benefits from other loyalty bonus programs for the specified service.

Miles credit is unavailable to customers holding Miles Tickets and activating their upgrade at the airport.

The booking class listed on the ticket may not correspond to the class selected for mile calculation on Star Alliance and Partner Airlines.

Extra Seats are not eligible for miles accrual.

The attribution of miles to the Customer Account is irreversible.

10. Mileage Credit

Each Customer will have their own personal TAP Miles&Go miles Account, to which the collected or spent miles will be credited or debited.

Once Customers subscribe to the Programme, for each flight completed with TAP or with a Partner Airline or for services provided by partners of the TAP Miles&Go Programme, TAP Miles&Go miles are granted subject to these Terms and Conditions. Activities cannot exceed six months from the date of the service provision.

Customers may file a claim by accessing the personal section of their online Account if they engaged in activities up to six months before the date of the credit request. Bonus Miles are only collectible if the activities occurred before the membership and will not contribute towards increasing or maintaining status.

To claim miles for flights with Star Alliance, Customers must wait eight days after the flight's completion.

To ensure the correct allocation of the number of miles to the TAP Miles&Go Personal Account, the presentation of the Customer's TAP Miles&Go Customer Number (TP) is mandatory when booking.

It is requisite that the name on the booking matches the one on the Customer's TAP Miles&Go Account (first and last name) for automatic mileage accrual.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the name on the booking matches the name registered on the TAP Miles&Go Account so that the benefits on the trip can be deemed valid. Name inconsistencies will exclude Customers from acquiring or enjoying any benefits.

TAP reserves the right to decide the type and number of miles to issue for each Program partner and the services provided to the Customer. The type and number of miles to be credited are subject to change without prior notice.

The miles are calculated and credited to TAP Miles&Go Customer's Personal Account as follows:

Only on TAP network flights and selected flights from theTAP Miles&Go Programme Partner Airlines;
The number of miles to be credited is estimated according to the flight's departure and arrival airports and the purchased fare. Distances correlate to the origin and destination specified on the passenger's ticket and the IATA regulations;
The TAP Miles&Go miles are allocated by completing First Class, Business Class, or Economy Class trips. Silver and Gold Customers traveling with TAP will receive bonus miles corresponding to their TAP Miles&Go status. TAP does not offer First Class. However, some TAP Miles&Go Programme Partner Airlines operate this service.

The mileage accrual on specific fares, products, flights, or routes may be subject to restrictions.

The Partner Company may, at its discretion, exclude any used fare or route from significant discounts.

Star Alliance and other TAP Miles&Go Programme Partner Airlines may stipulate different booking classes and bonus factors.

11. Validity

TAP Miles&Go Miles are valid for three years from the accrual date unless otherwise specified. Some Bonus Miles (such as compensation miles and some promotions) may only be valid for a single Annual Mileage Accrual.

The miles' validity depends on the activity date to which they relate.

Customers can extend the miles' validity via credit card payment before expiration. Miles with extended validity are considered Bonus Miles and valid for three years.

Miles expiration occurs in the early hours of the first of every month (Continental Portugal time zone) for all Customers, with miles expiring on the last day of the previous month. Example: if the miles expiration date is May 31, the miles will expire in the early hours of June 1. This procedure is not immediate, so during the early hours of the first of every month, the miles balance in accounts undergoing expiration procedures may not reflect the updated balance for a few hours and may display miles due to expire. Customers with miles about to expire can verify the correct balance on their Account from 7 a.m. (Continental Portugal time zone) on the first of every month.

12. Prizes and Benefits

The current prizes and benefits offers are available on the Internet, in regular communications, or through the TAP Miles&Go Customer Service.

TAP reserves the right to change, increment, or cancel individual prizes and benefits offered by the TAP Miles&Go Programme.

Partner Airlines and TAP Miles&Go Programme Partners may define prior Terms and Conditions for the booking and requests for prizes or benefits. The preceding Terms and Conditions may vary depending on the relevant benefits or prizes.

When booking, requesting a prize or benefit from a TAP Miles&Go Programme Partner Airline or a TAP Miles&Go Programme partner, the Customer does not enter into a contractual relationship with TAP, and the latter is not responsible for the proper execution of the services provided, in terms of suitability for any purpose, nor for the quality of the goods delivered as prizes or benefits.

TAP is not liable for any taxes, other charges, or constraints to which the TAP Miles&Go Programme Customers may be subject while applying TAP Miles&Go Programme miles or TAP Miles&Go prizes and benefits.

All fees (airport, carrier surcharge, security, or other) and credit card costs are the sole responsibility of the TAP Miles&Go Customer.

Customers must declare in advance when booking or requesting a prize or benefit.

TAP and the Partner Airlines or TAP Miles&Go Programme partners may refuse to award prizes or benefits if Customers booked a flight or service without clearly stating that such booking qualifies as a TAP Miles&Go prize or benefit.

Any prize documentation obtained illegally or in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions will be void.

Seat availability for Miles Tickets (MilesOnly and Miles&Cash) varies depending on the destination and flight date. The number of seats is limited, even on flights that have yet to sell out. Restrictions may apply during certain periods and for specific prizes.

All the personal documentation submitted for trip purposes is the Customer's sole responsibility (Identity card, Passport, Visas, or others).

Issued flight prizes will expire one year after issuance, except for rewards under any promotion, which will be valid throughout the promotion period. Other benefits will remain active, according to the validity provisions, as specified by the information in the document produced by the relevant TAP Miles&Go Programme partner.

The prizes and benefits issued are non-transferable, irreplaceable, and non-extendable. They cannot be modified or refunded unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual booking provisions, TAP's Terms and Conditions, by the Partner Airline, or the TAP Miles&Go Programme Partner as appropriate. The Customer may incur processing charges for substituting, extending, or revising prizes or benefits.

An additional fee applies for processing Miles Tickets (MilesOnly and Miles&Cash) if the Customer fails to arrive as scheduled for boarding (No-Show).

Prizes and benefits are eligible for transfer to a third party. This transfer is only valid if the Customer receives no related monetary compensation.

Customers holding a TAP Miles&Go Miles Account may issue, subject to their written consent, Miles Tickets (MilesOnly and Miles&Cash) and upgrades under someone else's name. Gold or Navigator status Customers are exempt from this procedure.

Changes to booking classes or routes are unavailable in issued prizes and benefits. Modifying the flight number or date (time) in previously issued prizes and benefits is permitted.

Following the agreement between the Miles&Go Programme and Partner Airlines, some cabins, or Partnership Classes are not eligible for prize booking.

13. TAP Air Portugal flight benefits for TAP Miles&Go status

Depending on their status, TAP Miles&Go Customers can access additional benefits when traveling with TAP Air Portugal. By flight benefits, TAP means the features pertinent to the trip experience, such as:

Seat booking;
Premium check-in;
Premium boarding;
Extra baggage;
Fast Track Access;
Lounge Access;
Last Minute.

These benefits vary depending on the trip destination and are subject to change without prior notice from TAP Air Portugal.

Airport and trip benefits attributed to Customers through the TAP Miles&Go Programme status (Silver or Gold) will be applied accordingly to the current status at the time of the trip and not when booking.

14. Appointing a Gold Partner

Gold Customers also receive the additional benefit of endorsing a person to share their status with (Gold Partner). However, Customers who have achieved Gold status as part of campaigns, promotional activities, or other commercial activities, such as appointments, may be subject to specific conditions, including restrictions on usually provided benefits. Customers can review further detailed information in the Campaigns Terms and Conditions. The designated person must be a TAP Miles&Go Customer holding a TAP Miles&Go or Silver status.

Once nominated, this person will access most exclusive benefits similar to those of the Gold Customer holding the Account.

The Customers designated as Gold Partners cannot appoint other Gold Customers. Their Bonus Miles are not automatically extended and expire at the end of their validity. Consequently, they cannot request the Year-Off benefit.

The validity of the TAP Miles&Go card matches the validity of the Gold card of the Customer holding the Account.

15. Club TAP Miles&Go

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to Club TAP Miles&Go.

By subscribing, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions below. These Terms and Conditions are intended to be applied in conjunction with the General Terms, Policies and Conditions of Use of Transportes Aéreos Portugueses, A. (available here and TAP Miles&Go Programme Terms and Conditions and other specific terms and conditions shared with the Customer on the website and at any time (starting now jointly referred to as "Terms and Conditions").

These Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time by Transportes Aéreos Portugueses, S.or by the TAP Miles&Go Program, with such changes taking effect upon publication. The user's continued access and use will be deemed an unequivocal acknowledgment that they have read, accepted, and understood the modified Terms and Conditions. By accessing these webpages or making a purchase through them, the Customer consents to be bound by these conditions.

Club TAP Miles&Go focuses on TAP Miles&Go Programme Customers. This twelve-month plan provides Bonus Miles / Status, benefits, and exclusive offers.

Membership—Credit Card Payment:

Subscribing to Club TAP Miles&Go plans implies a loyalty commitment and, therefore, requires acceptance of the twelve-month validity limit.
Membership is not automatically renewable for equal periods after the end date. The mileage accrual and benefits will halt, and the TAP Miles&Go Customer must purchase a new plan.
Customers can purchase up to one plan simultaneously. Membership implies the Customer's prior knowledge and acceptance of the provisions outlined in these specific Terms and Conditions relevant to Club TAP Miles&Go in addition to the guidelines set in the TAP Miles&Go Programme Terms and Conditions.
The membership transaction is definitive and non-refundable.

Renewal—Credit Card Payment:

Customers have thirty days to receive the renewal miles bonus: fifteen days before the still active Club TAP Miles&Go expires and fifteen days after the validity of Club TAP Miles&Go. In case the renewal occurs within fifteen days before the active Club TAP Miles&Go expires, the new Club and its benefits will only become effective after the previous Club becomes inactive. When the previous Club TAP Miles&Go expires, the new Club TAP Miles&Go becomes effective, and the renewal miles transfer automatically.
Renewal implies the Customer's prior knowledge and acceptance of the provisions outlined in these specific Terms and Conditions relevant to Club TAP Miles&Go in addition to the guidelines set in the TAP Miles&Go Programme Terms and Conditions.
The renewal transaction is definitive and non-refundable.

Miles and benefits credits—Credit Card Payment:

The miles credit for Club TAP Miles&Go plans only starts accruing after registering with the Club. Membership miles are equivalent to Bonus Miles. You will earn Bonus Miles and Status Miles on a monthly basis. Renewal miles are only equivalent to Status Miles. Status Miles enable status advancement in Annual Mileage Accrual.
Status Miles only start adding up after the first monthly miles credit: The cumulative number of these miles factors towards status advancement.
The Bonus Miles and Status and benefits are personal and linked to the TAP Miles&Go Account with an active plan. Customers cannot transfer Club TAP Miles&Go plans between TAP Miles&Go accounts.
Customers can only accumulate benefits with ground partners listed within the purchased plan.
Customers receive welcome miles when joining the Program or renewing their subscription. After joining, on the 20th day of each month, Customers receive monthly miles. Customers can additionally collect extra miles and added benefits from the Club TAP Miles&Go membership purchased plan.
Customers can accumulate the total number of miles advertised over the plan's twelve-month period, provided all requirements are met (membership miles + monthly miles + flight benefits + credit card spending).
Flight miles credits cannot be combined with credits resulting from specific campaigns or promotions.

Membership—Direct Debit Monthly Payment:

Club TAP Miles&Go has discontinued this payment method.

Renewal—Direct Debit Monthly Payment

After the initial twelve-month period, and if the Customer has opted for the Direct Debit Monthly Payment (and the Bank payment authorization remains active), the membership of Club TAP Miles&Go is automatically renewed for equal and successive periods of twelve months under the conditions above.

The automatic renewal of one of the Club TAP Miles&Go plans with the option Direct Debit Monthly Payment implies the immediate credit of renewal miles according to each type of Club, excluding any extra promotional miles from campaigns in force at the time of renewal.

Miles and Benefits Credit—Direct Debit Monthly Payment:

Mileage accrual for Club TAP Miles&Go will only start after registering for and paying the subscription. The monthly credit of Bonus Miles and Status Miles will occur when the monthly payment is successfully processed, both upon registering and in subsequent monthly payments. Miles will be credited depending on the monthly or annual fee payment.

The successful payment of the first monthly fee will activate the Club TAP Miles&Go subscription, and all its benefits will be available to the Customer. Customers accumulate promotional miles upon membership confirmation for the first year of the subscription from the campaign in force at the time of registration.

Customers will receive the miles corresponding to the plan in force at purchase. The miles credit will become effective when the bank authorizes the direct debit from the Customer's Account, activating the Club in the TAP Miles&Go account. (Note: If at the time of the Club activation in the TAP Miles&Go account, another promotion is in force, this referred promotion will always apply. After the successful monthly charge, the system will credit the monthly miles on the date the Customer chooses (1st, 10th, or 21st of each month).

The Customer can change the IBAN for direct debit payments for their Club monthly fees at any time. This change will take effect in at least three business days. Like the next monthly payment, the system may still charge the previous IBAN if you don't submit the request well before the billing date.

Cancellation—Direct Debit Monthly Payment:

In case the Customer opted for the Direct Debit Monthly Payment, and this payment is rejected due to any failure in collecting the fee for reasons beyond TAP Air Portugal's control, and, consequently, the membership with Club TAP Miles&Go terminates, the Customer may still join Club TAP Miles&Go again, however, only through an Annual Payment by Credit Card. The amount paid in the previous months is not eligible for a refund. The new subscription through the Direct Debit Monthly Payment will only be available after the period of twelve months has elapsed from the time of the first Club TAP Miles&Go subscription using the same payment method.

Club TAP Miles&Go membership will terminate if the Customer cancels their monthly fee payments before completing at least the first six (6) full months of the twelve-month membership period. This results in revoking any Bonus Miles and Status Miles earned through the Club. The Program will no longer extend any miles eligible for extra validity as a Club benefit and retract any status upgrade resulting from the Customer's Club membership. The system will cancel any tickets or service purchases if Customers use their miles for the transaction. The Customer Account will then show a negative balance and a suspended status until the Customer resolves the balance.

Club TAP Miles&Go membership will terminate if the Customer cancels their monthly fee payments before completing the twelve-month membership period. This results in revoking and no longer extending any miles eligible for extra validity as a Club benefit. The Program will also retract any status upgrade from the Customer's Club membership. The system will cancel any tickets or service purchases if Customers use their miles for the transaction. The Customer Account will then show a negative balance and a suspended status until the Customer resolves the balance.

In this payment method, if Customers fail to make a monthly payment after the thirteenth month—whether due to insufficient balance or any other reason exceeding TAP Air Portugal's control—the system will cancel the Club TAP Miles&Go subscription and remove any credited renewal miles from your mileage balance. The amount paid in the previous monthly installments is not eligible for a refund.

Depending on the fare booked and the Bonus Miles balance in your TAP Miles&Go account, you can get discounts on bookings made on flytap.com on flights operated by TAP.

17. TAP Store

TAP Store products are unavailable in Brazil, the United States, and Canada.
Only the miles previously collected in TAP Miles&Go Programme are valid for purchasing products available in store.flytap.com.
If Customers opt to pay with miles, the miles balance in their TAP Miles&Go Account must be sufficient to cover the total purchase value (products + shipping costs).
The miles spent to acquire TAP Store products are under the refund conditions detailed in store.flytap.com.
All Terms and Conditions of purchase specified at store.flytap.com also apply to these purchases.

Miles required for shipping costs:

Mainland Portugal and Islands - From 4.99 euros, or 1,248 miles;
Europe - From 12 euros, or 3,000 miles;
Rest of the world - From 24 euros, or 6,000 miles.

18. Bookings

Upon issuing a ticket, the system debits the miles corresponding to the prize from the miles Account. Waiting lists are only allowed for Gold Customers.

All TAP Miles&Go Customers who reserve their trip prizes through the TAP Miles&Go Customer Service and wish to issue tickets for someone else will have to, depending on the TAP Miles&Go Customer Service recommendation, send a signed consent or provide the TAP Miles&Go Customer Service with a verification code, which, during the booking process, will be sent to the email or mobile phone registered in the Account. Gold or Navigator status Customers are exempt from this procedure.

This procedure aims to simplify the safe use of miles from the Customer Accounts, ensuring that miles are issued only with their proper permission.

Customers must submit their signed consent for the relevant booking confirmation within twenty-four hours of booking.

Customers must send their consent to gfp@tapmilesandgo.com within the specified period to avoid booking cancellation.

Customers will receive a verification code on their email address or mobile phone registered in the TAP Miles&Go Customer Account. TAP is not responsible for the incorrect indication, usage, or sharing of contact details registered in the Customers' TAP Miles&Go Account.

Customers can pay issuances made through the TAP Miles&Go Customer Service by using Credit Cards, ATMs, and refund vouchers for compensation/restitution. Payments on the website only accept credit cards or ATM cards.

Regarding tickets issued at a TAP counter in Brazil, the system converts the foreign currency value into Reais at the exchange rate on the day of purchase.

It is not possible to exchange the flights into prize bookings in canceled TAP Miles&Go Accounts.

19. Issuing Miles Tickets on TAP

Tickets are issued immediately after booking.

Customers cannot associate Miles Tickets with upgrades, except for paid upgrades at check-in or the boarding gate.

The Miles Tickets validity is subject to specific and disclosed conditions, subject to the applied rules:

Miles Tickets without restrictions are valid for one year after issuance. However, changes to date, time, flight number, and Class* are allowed after the ticket's issuance and within its validity period upon payment of an administrative fee—see prices here. As passengers, Gold Customers and TAP Visa Platinum card holders are exempt from this penalty;
Miles Tickets with restrictions, under promotional actions or codes, follow the rules specific to each promotion and are informed on the website upon booking online.

*Only if the original Class is unavailable on the new date by debiting award miles in Business Class.

Example: a ticket issued on August 31, 2022, is valid until August 30, 2023. A voluntary change requested on January 4, 2023, implies completing the flights by August 30, 2023.

Stopovers (overnight stays during the trip) are not permitted.

Round-trip Flight: four segments maximum.

One-way Flight: two segments maximum.

20. Miles Tickets (children) on TAP

These tickets are specifically for children between two and eleven years old.

The discount on the child's ticket will always be 25% on the value of the miles featured in the adult pricing table.

Upon issuing a ticket, the system debits the miles corresponding to the prize from the miles Account.

Changes to date, time, flight number, and Class* are allowed after the ticket issuance upon penalty payment. Gold Customers and TAP Visa Platinum cardholders are exempt from this penalty as passengers.

*Only if the original Class is unavailable on the new date by debiting award miles in Business Class.

Route changes are not allowed.

Customers cannot associate child tickets with miles, promotions, or upgrades.

Children between the ages of five and eleven may travel unaccompanied, subject to prior payment of a special assistance fare. Please contact the TAP Miles&Go Support.

21. Service Fees

The payment of fees is established per passenger.

The Miles Tickets (MilesOnly and Miles&Cash) in TAP flights, and Miles Tickets in Star Alliance flights and TAP Miles&Go partners are subject to a Service Fee for the issuance of tickets to bookings through the website, the TAP Miles&Go Customer Service, or at TAP counters. This fee is non-refundable, and the amount varies at each ticket-issuing office:

Ponte Aérea (Lisbon-Porto) – 15 euros.
Continental TAP flights – 25 euros.
Intercontinental TAP flights – 40 euros.

On the website:
Ponte Aérea (Lisbon-Porto) – zero euros.
Continental TAP flights 15 euros.
Intercontinental TAP flights – 25 euros.

Star Alliance Flights and other intercontinental airline partners – 40 euros.

Only date, time, or flight number changes are allowed after the Miles Ticket issuance. Booking Classes and route changes are not allowed.

Customers can cancel all MilesOnly Miles Tickets up to twenty-four hours before departure, provided they are not partially used or still valid. The system will restore the original mileage expiration date.

22. Spending Miles on Star Alliance and Airline Partners

The value of Business Class miles will apply to the entire trip for all bookings made in Business Class.

The value of First Class miles will apply to the entire trip for all bookings made in First Class.

23. Miles Tickets for the Star Alliance Network

Star Tickets are valid for TAP Miles&Go Account holders or someone else they appoint through booking on TAP or any Partner Airline, but only in combination with TAP flights.

Round-trip Ticket: six segments maximum.

One-way Ticket: three segments maximum.

Customers cannot combine Star Tickets with upgrades.

The TAP Miles&Go Program cannot be held responsible for the shortage of award seats available for rebooking.

Gold or Navigator status Customers are exempt.

Miles Ticket validity: up to one year after issuance.

24. Tickets with TAP Miles&Go Programme Partners

Tickets with TAP Miles&Go Partners are valid for the of TAP Miles&Go Account holders or someone else they appoint through booking on TAP or any Partner Airline, but only in combination with TAP flights.

Round-trip Ticket: six segments maximum.

One-way Ticket: three segments maximum.

Customers cannot combine Partner Tickets with upgrades.

After issuing the ticket, Customers can change flight dates and times, but route changes are restricted. Changes are allowed upon payment of an administrative 60 euro fee, subject to the availability of existing seats in prize Classes. The Customer can opt for a miles refund upon payment of an administrative fee if rebooking is unavailable within the ticket's validity.
The TAP Miles&Go Program cannot be held responsible for the shortage of award seats available for rebooking.
Customers holding Gold or Navigator Cards are exempt.

Partners tickets are valid up to one year after issuance.

25. Round-the-world trip tickets

Round-the-world trip tickets are available for Economy and Business Class on scheduled flights operated only by Airlines linked to the Star Alliance Network.

The Miles Ticket must be in a single direction, east or west, and finish in the country of origin of the trip.

A round-the-world trip must include a crossing of the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean.

A maximum of ten segments is permitted, with six intermediate stops (in any city).

At most, only one international departure and one arrival are allowed from the country of origin.

Backtracking is permitted if required by the Star Alliance network (backtracking means reversing the trip's direction to make a connection and continue toward the next destination).

A round-trip from a different destination airport is allowed for the return journey (open jaw).

Customers must require bookings and issuances through TAP Miles&Go Customer Service or at TAP counters.

Upon issuing a ticket, the system debits the miles corresponding to the prize from the miles Account.

After issuing the ticket, Customers can change schedules, but route changes are restricted.

Round-the-world tickets are valid for twelve months from the date of issuance, and the last flight must depart on the day before the ticket's validity expires.

If the Miles Ticket is purchased in distinct Service Classes, the higher prize fares will apply to the entire ticket.

Customers cannot combine Round-the-world Tickets with upgrades. Recrediting of miles, partially or entirely, is not allowed once the trip begins.

The eligibility conditions for TAP Miles&Go prizes and other conditions apply to Star Alliance Round-the-World Tickets, except those mentioned above.

Availability of prize seats varies depending on the destination and season chosen. The number of seats is limited, even on flights that have yet to sell out. These rewards may be unavailable on specific flights.

26. Refunds

Miles Tickets in TAP flights and the Miles Tickets in Star Alliance flights or TAP Miles&Go partners can be subject to cancellation up to twenty-four hours before departure.

Passengers will incur the penalty for the miles refund and taxes if they are marked as a No-Show, as no passenger is exempt from this fee. The system will charge per passenger.

No-Show Fee: in the event of a flight no-show, each passenger will incur an additional administrative fee of 100 euros (100 US dollars).

In situations of involuntary cancellation due to unforeseen Airline operation irregularities, the miles will be refunded without penalty within the validity of the miles. If the refunded miles have expired, TAP may extend them for another Annual Mileage Accrual as a courtesy.

Miles are non-refundable once the trip has started.

An administrative fee applies for restoring miles, which may vary depending on the route and the Customer's status.

Miles reset to their initial expiration date. If the issued ticket includes expired miles, these will remain in the Account, but Customers cannot use them. Only valid miles will show on the Customer's balance.

This information is also available upon booking, in the booking confirmation email, and through contact with the TAP Miles&Go Customer Service.

Miles used to pay for flight segments are non-refundable.

The carrier surcharge (YR) and tax (YQ) are non-refundable in Miles Tickets.

The Miles Tickets service fee is non-refundable.

27. Miles Upgrades on TAP

Upgrades—changing to a higher class of service with a miles discount; cannot be combined with other prizes.

An identical number of miles is required regardless of whether the passengers are adults or children.

The maximum allowed for an online order is one segment for four passengers.

All conditions relating to the fare initially paid remain in force, meaning that any booking modifications, even after the upgrade, will always be subject to these Conditions.

Administrative Fees:

Modification: 50 euros.
Cancellation: 75 euros.
Exemption: Gold and Navigator. Gold and Navigator Customers are exempt from paying this fee as holders of the Account used for issuance. This exemption applies if the Account maintains its status at the change request date.
If the Customer has miles about to expire, the miles will revert to their initial validity period. However, the system will not restore the Customer's Account any expired miles. Therefore, Customers must submit any request for a miles refund before the expiration date.

The TAP Miles&Go mileage accrual is based on the Class or fare initially booked.

The miles corresponding to each Upgrade are counted or debited per flight segment.

The system calculates upgrade payments with miles on a per-segment basis.

Seat availability varies depending on the destination and the season chosen.

The number of seats is limited, even on flights that have yet to sell out.

Upgrades are not available for group bookings.

The Last Minute Upgrade is only available at the boarding gate and before boarding operations begin. It may not be available on all routes or flights for operational reasons.

The Last Minute Upgrade is only available to the traveling Account holder.

28. Miles Upgrade with Star Alliance

Requests for Star Alliance Upgrades must be submitted no later than twenty-four hours before departure, except for the Airlines below:

ANA: At least fifty-six days before the departure;
Asiana: Only on the date of the flight.

Upgrades are only available in selected booking Classes and may vary for each Airline.

The paying fares that enable an upgrade to Business Class are Y and B, while the fares granting an upgrade to First Class are C and D.

Miles are only eligible for upgrades to the next higher trip Class than the one on the purchased ticket.

Customers cannot combine Upgrades with other prizes.

An identical number of miles is required for an Upgrade, whether the passengers are adults or children.

The same conditions apply to the original ticket. The mileage accrual also includes the fares of the original ticket.

The miles corresponding to each Upgrade are counted or debited per flight segment.

Customers must contact the airline operating the flight to cancel or reschedule an Upgrade.

TAP Miles&Go Programme applies an administrative fee of 75 euros in miles refunds of upgrades with Star Alliance in case of cancellation.

Upgrades with Star Alliance Airlines are non-transferable in the event of rebooking.

After booking a new flight, the Customers have to submit a new request, which is again subject to availability.

29. Services offered by selected TAP Miles&Go Programme partners

Customers can accumulate a fixed number of miles for a specific pre-defined group, as published by TAP on this website.

TAP, through the TAP Miles&Go Programme, reserves the right to make special offers, which will only be available to Customers with the appropriate registration on the set date and before the flight starts or other related services. These records are only available electronically. TAP Miles&Go Programme will ensure the availability of respective registration means.

Customers are not entitled to electronic registration benefits if enlisting after the specified date or after the flight or other related services start. The same applies to Customers who do not register or do not have a valid email address in their Account.

Promotions may be advertised exclusively via email or SMS, with the Customer's consent, or via the website.

TAP and the TAP Miles&Go Programme Partner Airlines reserve the right to exclude at any time, in whole or in part, specific fares, payment methods, passenger categories, and flights or flight categories from the TAP Miles&Go Programme.

Holders of tickets under categories ID, AD, DG, DM, GE, IN, RG, or UD do not have access to TAP Miles&Go Card benefits.

Upgrades—changing to a higher class of service with a miles discount; miles are credited based on the initially booked fare.

The miles will be credited to the Customer's TAP Miles&Go Account within eight weeks after the flight or service on Partner Airlines. Credits for TAP flights will be applied two days after the trip. The dates for trips or relevant services determine the validity of these miles.

Customers can request retroactive credits for flight miles or relevant services up to six months after the occurrence by visiting the TAP Miles&Go website and submitting appropriate supporting documents, including the boarding pass and receipts for the passenger or TAP Miles&Go partner services if the crediting of flight miles or services fails on their Account for any reason.

Customers are not permitted to transfer miles from TAP Miles&Go Partner Programs to accounts held by someone else.

TAP reserves the right to refuse to credit or debit the amount of transferred miles whenever the name or surname of the person requesting the miles transfer does not match the registered details of the identified TAP Miles&Go Customer Number.

In such situations, TAP is not liable for any consequences of failing to credit miles to a Customer's Account.

After transferring miles from partner Loyalty Programs, these will not return to the Customer's Account with the partner company. Similarly, miles from product and service purchases through partners are not transferable to other Loyalty Programs.

30. E-news and Direct Emails

Customers will receive regular email newsletters with their updated miles balance and expiration date and, with their consent, content regarding the latest promotions and information published on flyTAP.

We exclusively send these newsletters to Customers who register with valid email addresses.

Customers may, at any time, block receiving newsletters or other emails sent by TAP Miles&Go Programme by modifying their profile options via flyTAP.

31. Miles Store

Miles Store transactions are non-reversible. Before opting for these transactions, Customers should review the conditions thoroughly.

The Miles Store enables Customers to purchase, extend, or transfer miles to another TAP Miles&Go Account. Customers can also convert Bonus Miles into Status Miles.

Only 2,000-mile blocks are eligible for purchase, transfer, extend validity, or to convert Bonus Miles into Status Miles.

Customers cannot exchange TAP Miles&Go Miles for cash.

These transactions incur an associated charge. Payment is made by Credit Card. The Credit Cards valid for these transactions are those available on the market where the transactions are carried out. For some markets, these transactions may be subject to an international processing fee.

Purchase and Transfer

The frequency of purchases and the number of miles available for accrual are limited, as are transfers, extensions, and conversions.

The maximum miles purchase limit per year is 200,000 miles.

The maximum miles transfer limit per year is 20,000 miles.

All miles purchased, transferred, or with extended expiration dates are equivalent to Bonus Miles and cannot be refunded. .

All miles purchased and transferred are valid for one additional qualification period of at least twelve months.

The miles transfer is only allowed between TAP Miles&Go Accounts, and the miles will accrue in the Account selected for the transfer. The Customer transferring the miles must assume the charge for this transaction.

Extension

Only 2,000-mile blocks of expiring Bonus Miles are eligible for extending miles validity. The discrepancy in the value of the selected miles in a block is not credited.

The feature to extend miles validity is not available for retroactive expiration periods. Customers must complete this transaction before the miles expire.

This validity extension is only possible for expiring miles on their next miles expiry date. Extended miles are valid for three additional Qualification Periods (three years).

Conversion

Converting Bonus Miles into Status Miles allows Customers to acquire a higher status or maintain the same status. This transaction is available for customers who cannot comply with the necessary Status Miles limit by the end of the Annual Mileage Accrual.

Only 2,000-mile blocks are eligible for the conversion of Bonus Miles into Status Miles, with each block of 2,000 Bonus Miles valued at 50% Status Miles (i.e., 1,000 Status Miles).

The frequency of conversion of Bonus Miles into Status Miles and the number of miles available for conversion is limited to the Annual Mileage Accrual and the TAP Miles&Go Customer status (Miles, Silver, and Gold).

The Bonus Miles to Status Miles conversion feature is unavailable for retroactive Status Miles accrual periods.

Miles Customers planning to upgrade to Silver:

Customers must have at least 25,000 Status Miles in their Account for this conversion to occur;
Customers can convert up to 10,000 Bonus Miles into 5,000 Status Miles;
To achieve the Silver status, Customers must accumulate 30,000 Status Miles.

For Silver Customers wanting to maintain their status:

Customers must have at least 15,000 Status Miles in their Account for this conversion to occur;
Customers can convert up to 10,000 Bonus Miles into 5,000 Status Miles;
To keep the Silver status, Customers must accumulate 20,000 Status Miles.

For Silver Customers wanting to upgrade to Gold:

Customers must have at least 60,000 Status Miles in their Account for this conversion to occur;
Customers can convert up to 20,000 Bonus Miles equivalent to 10,000 Status Miles;
To achieve the Gold status, Customers must accumulate 70,000 Status Miles.

For Gold Customers who wish to keep their status:

Customers must have at least 45,000 Status Miles in their Account for this conversion to occur;
Customers can convert up to 10,000 Bonus Miles into 5,000 Status Miles;
To keep the Gold status, Customers must accumulate 50,000 Status Miles.

For Gold Customers wanting to upgrade to Navigator:

This update is not permitted by converting Bonus Miles into Status Miles;
To achieve the Navigator status, Customers must accumulate 125,000 Status Miles or seventy flight segments with TAP. In both cases, the Customers must complete ten flights at Plus, Executive, and Top Executive fares.

For Navigator Customers who wish to keep their status:

This update is not permitted by converting Bonus Miles into Status Miles;
Customers must accumulate 100,000 Status Miles or seventy flight segments with TAP to keep the Navigator status. In both cases, the Customers must complete ten flights at Plus, Executive, and Top Executive fares.

32. Processing of Customers' personal data

The membership and usage of the TAP Miles&Go Programme implies the collection of the Customer's personal data—identification data, contact data, data relating to purchased trips, credited miles, and purchases on the TAP Store platform.

TAP will process the Customer's personal data as the entity responsible for managing the TAP Miles&Go Programme membership and the TAP Miles&Go Programme operations (miles allocation and crediting).

All this data is necessary for the execution of TAP Miles&Go Programme.

With the Customer's consent, TAP may also process the data from the Customer's profile to:

Introduce new services or products;
Send advertisements, campaigns, and promotional coupons tailored to the Customer's interests and preferences based on the profile analysis and purchase history.

With the Customer's consent, TAP may also send marketing communications concerning TAP products and services.

TAP will store the collected personal data while the Customer's TAP Miles&Go Programme subscription remains active.

Within the scope of the TAP Miles&Go Programme, TAP may transmit personal data to subcontracted entities (including the managing entities of the TAP Store) for purposes referred to under the contract terms in force and to TAP Miles&Go Programme partners and Airlines (available here) or to the competent entities under legislation provisions.

TAP Miles&Go Programme Partners and Partner Airlines may operate in countries where legislation does not provide an adequate level of protection. In this case, TAP pledges to adopt the appropriate legal and contractual measures to guarantee personal data protection and confidentiality. Customers can review additional information regarding the measures specified in point ""10. Which security measures do we implement?"" in our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Under the legislation in force, the Customer may request, at any time, access to their personal data, its rectification, deletion, processing limitation, and the portability of their dados1 or oppose its processing directly through the Customer Area. For security reasons, Customers must provide proof of identity to TAP Miles&Go Customer Service for specific changes to their personal data.

The Customer may withdraw consent for data processing through the means mentioned above, which does not invalidate TAP's handling up to that date, based on previously given consent.

Customers may submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority if they believe their data is being processed unlawfully without affecting any other administrative or judicial remedies under the legislation in force and as outlined in the terms above.

33. TAP Miles&Go Account—Confidentiality Protection

Internet access to the TAP Miles&Go Personal Account requires the Customer Number (TP) or email and password for identification purposes.

Customers can recover their password on the website in the ""Recover or change password"" section.

Customers can, at any time, change the password to access TAP Miles&Go Account through the website under the ""My profile"" section.

Customers have three attempts to enter the password. After the fourth failed attempt, access to the TAP Miles&Go Account will only be possible through the ""Recover or change password"" section."

34. Other Legal Provisions

In some countries, local legislation may impose restrictions on Customers or the TAP Miles&Go Programme Terms and Conditions. TAP, the managing entity, and the TAP Miles&Go Programme Partners, as well as their suppliers, have the right to take any action deemed necessary to ensure compliance with such restrictions and cannot be held liable for any damages caused to Customers resulting from such actions.

TAP reserves the right to hand over the operation or execution of the TAP Miles&Go Programme to successor companies or a third entity, as well as the right to transfer agreements with the Program's Customers to successor companies or a third entity for this purpose.

The Program is subject to changes resulting from any TAP alliance strategies.

TAP reserves the right to implement administrative fees for services related to the Program's operation, such as providing specific information related to the Program or the prize bookings management.

TAP Miles&Go Programme is subject to Portuguese legislation. The exclusive jurisdiction will be held by the courts in Lisbon, Portugal.
