    Access to your online Concierge line available via WhatsApp (written messages) between 5 am and midnight, local time in Mainland Portugal.

    Whenever you travel on a flight operated by TAP or Star Alliance, except the TAP Lounge where you always have access. Includes a companion traveling on the same flight. Check the lounges available.

    Fast Track and Priority boarding

    Faster boarding when travelling on flights operated by TAP. Fast Track is the fastest route at the security control.

    Don’t have enough miles? We’ll lend you them.

    You can get an advance of up to 20,000 miles if you do not have enough for a flight.

    Companion ticket

    If your are travelling with a paid ticket, choose someone to travel with you for less miles (up to a maximum of 40%)1.

    Exemption from some penalties

    TAP Miles&Go Navigator passengers are exempt from some service charges and fees for changes.

    More checked baggage

    On TAP or Star Alliance network flights, an extra piece of baggage weighing according to travel class.

    Bonus Miles that do not expire

    Free Gold Status for a friend

    The offer is valid as long as you keep your status. To request changes, you must wait for the end of your Annual Accumulation Period.

    Concierge

    Available by phone, email and WhatsApp from 5 am to midnight (local time in Mainland Portugal) to provide you with the support you need and ensure you have the best possible experience.

    Up to 10% of transferable miles

    If you accumulate more than 100.000 Status Miles, part2 of these will be transferred during your status review.

How to achieve or maintain your Navigator status

Welcome
125,000 Status Miles or 70 TAP flights. In both cases, 10 flights will have to be made on the Plus, Executive and Top Executive fares

As a Navigator Customer, you will have access to all the benefits of TAP Miles&Go Gold status.
1This benefit is applicable to tickets containing the Navigator Customer number, upon request via the contacts provided on the bottom of this page.
2It is possible to transfer 10% of Status Miles, up to a maximum of 10,000, after accumulating the necessary 100,000 Status Miles for status renewal.
3Limit of 5 items per passenger, with a maximum weight of 32kg per item.
