TAP Miles&Go Club

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to a TAP Miles&Go Club plan.

By subscribing, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions below. These Terms and Conditions are intended to be applied in conjunction with the General Terms, Policies and Conditions of Use of Transportes Aéreos Portugueses,SA (available here), and Terms and Conditions of the TAP Miles&Go Programme, and any other specific terms and conditions communicated to the User via flyTAP at any time (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Transportes Aéreos Portugueses, SA,or by the TAP Miles&Go Programme, with such changes taking effect upon publication. The user's continued access and use will be deemed an unequivocal acknowledgment that they have read, accepted, and understood the modified Terms and Conditions. By accessing these webpages or making a purchase through them, the Customer consents to be bound by these conditions.

The plan fee may be adjusted annually based on the variation of the IPCA accumulated over the last 12 months, or another official index that may replace it; or due to a commercial necessity, upon prior notice to the client and with consideration given to the date of the first charge of the adjusted amount.

This is a 12-month plan without automatic renewal, designed to provide Bonus Miles, Status, benefits, and exclusive offers.

1. Joining one of the TAP Miles&Go Club plans represents a loyalty commitment and implies acceptance of the twelve-month validity period;
2. It is not possible to purchase more than one plan at the same time. Membership implies prior knowledge and acceptance, by the Customer, of the Terms and Conditions of the TAP Miles&Go Club, as well as of the Terms and Conditions of the TAP Miles&Go Programme;
3. Membership transaction is non-reversible and non-refundable.

1. The Customer has thirty days to obtain the miles renewal bonus: fifteen days before the end of the still active TAP Miles&Go Club and fifteen days after the end of the TAP Miles&Go Club. If the renewal occurs during the fifteen days before the active TAP Miles&Go Club expires, the new one, as well as its benefits, will only become active when the initial one expires. After the previous TAP Miles&Go Club expires, the newly acquired TAP Miles&Go Club will become active and the renewal miles will be credited;

2. The renewal implies prior knowledge and acceptance, by the Customer, of the provisions of the specific Terms and Conditions applicable to the TAP Miles&Go Club, as well as the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the TAP Miles&Go Programme;

3. The renewal transaction is non-reversible and non-refundable.

1. The miles credit for TAP Miles&Go Club plans only starts to be counted after joining the Club. Membership, monthly and renewal miles are Bonus Miles;
2. The Status Miles only start to be counted after the first monthly miles credit: it is the accumulation of these miles that counts for status advancement purposes. The Bonus Miles, Status and benefits are personal and relate to the TAP Miles&Go Account, with the active plan. It is not possible to transfer TAP Miles&Go Club plans between TAP Miles&Go accounts;
3. It is not possible to accumulate benefits with other ground partners, other than those identified in the purchased plan;
4. At the time of subscription and renewal, the Customer receives welcome miles. After joining, on the 20th of each month, the Customer earns monthly miles. While staying on the TAP Miles&Go Club, you can still earn more miles with the other benefits of the purchased plan;
5. The total number of miles advertised can be earned over the twelve-month period of the plan, provided that all requirements are met (membership miles + monthly miles + flight benefits);
6. Flight miles credit cannot be combined with credits resulting from specific campaigns and / or promotions.

Club TAP Miles&Go Basic Plan:

• Registration Bonus Miles – 2,000
  
• Monthly Bonus Miles – 1,000
  
• Monthly Status Miles – 50
  
• Renewal Status Miles – 400
• Additional Bonus Miles credit on TAP flights (percentage calculated on the number of miles accumulated and credited to the flight in question) - 15% up to a maximum of 5,000 Bonus Miles during the duration of the plan.
• Single Bonus Miles Credit with ground partner - benefit temporarily suspended for new members or renewals.
  
• Memberships or renewals from 30/04/2025 onwards accrue - 4,000 (after 150,000 miles have been used with the TAP BTG Pactual Black credit card).

Club TAP Miles&Go Extra Plan:

• Registration Bonus Miles – 4,000
  
• Monthly Bonus Miles – 2,000
  
• Monthly Status Miles – 100
  
• Renewal Status Miles – 800
• Additional Bonus Miles credit on TAP flights (percentage calculated on the number of miles accumulated and credited to the flight in question) - 20% up to a maximum of 7,500 Bonus Miles during the duration of the plan.
• Single Bonus Miles Credit with ground partner - benefit temporarily suspended for new members or renewals.
  
• Memberships or renewals from 30/04/2025 onwards accrue - 6,000 (after 150,000 miles have been used with the TAP BTG Pactual Black credit card).

Club TAP Miles&Go Top Plan:

• Registration Bonus Miles – 8,000
  
• Monthly Bonus Miles – 4,000
  
• Monthly Status Miles – 200
  
• Renewal Status Miles – 2,600
• Additional Bonus Miles credit on TAP flights (percentage calculated on the number of miles accumulated and credited to the flight in question) - 25% up to a maximum of 10,000 Bonus Miles during the duration of the plan.
• Single Bonus Miles Credit with ground partner - benefit temporarily suspended for new members or renewals.
  
• Memberships or renewals from 30/04/2025 onwards accrue - 8,000 (after 150,000 miles have been used with the TAP BTG Pactual Black credit card).
• Validity extension for up to 30,000 miles – the miles will remain in the account if your Club is active on their expiry date (since 2022/01/01).

Club TAP Miles&Go Platinum Plan:

• Registration Bonus Miles – 16,000
  
• Monthly Bonus Miles – 8,000
  
• Monthly Status Miles – 400
  
• Renewal Status Miles – 5,200
• Additional Bonus Miles credit on TAP flights (percentage calculated on the number of miles accumulated and credited to the flight in question) - 25% up to a maximum of 10,000 Bonus Miles during the duration of the plan.
• Single Bonus Miles Credit with ground partner - benefit temporarily suspended for new members or renewals.
  
• Memberships or renewals from 30/04/2025 earn - 15,000 (after 150,000 miles have been used with the TAP BTG Pactual Black credit card).
• Miles validity extension – the miles will remain in the account if your Club is active on their expiry date.
• Status: Access to Silver Benefits.

Club TAP Miles&Go Platinum +:
This offer is valid when available for sale on the website and with a different price.

• Registration Bonus Miles – 38.000
• Monthly Bonus Miles – 10.000
• Monthly Status Miles – 500
• Renewal Status Miles – 6.000
• Additional Bonus Miles credit on TAP flights (percentage calculated on the number of miles accumulated and credited to the flight in question) - 25% up to a maximum of 10,000 Bonus Miles during the duration of the plan.
• Single Bonus Miles Credit with ground partner - benefit temporarily suspended for new members or renewals.
  
• Memberships or renewals from 30/04/2025 earn - 15,000 (after 150,000 miles have been used with the TAP BTG Pactual Black credit card).
• Extension of miles validity – miles will remain in the account if, on the expiry date of your miles, your Club is active.
• Status: Access to Silver benefits, according to the conditions inherent to the tier per annual qualification period.

1. The price of each plan is as stipulated at any given time on flyTAP;
2. The Customer will be charged in BRL, with the amount reflecting the total cost of each plan;
