Miles&Go Promo is a product that enabled TAP Miles&Go Clients to exchange their miles for discounts whenever they book TAP-operated flights at flyTAP.com.

There are two ways to use the discount:
  1. Per passenger – depending on the Bonus Miles balance, it is possible to exchange 200 Bonus Miles for R$40, R$50 or R$80 on TAP-operated return flights. The discount amount varies depending on the chosen destination; 
  2. By booking - depending on the Bonus Miles balance, it is possible to receive bigger discounts. You can save up to R$600 off the price of your trip.

Return journey conditions
  1. The Miles&Go Discount means 200 miles are worth discounts starting from R$40.00. The discount is available on flytap.com and for clients with a TAP Miles&Go login/registration when they make the booking;
  2. With Miles&Go, when you redeem 200 miles per passenger you get a R$40.00 discount for each one. (E.g.: 2 passengers = 400 miles = R$80.00 discount).
     
    One-way only conditions
  3. The Miles&Go discount means 100 miles are worth discounts starting from R$20.00. The discount is available on flytap.com and for clients with a TAP Miles&Go login/registration when they make the booking;
  4. With Miles&Go, when you redeem 100 miles per passenger you get a R$20.00 discount for each one. (E.g.: 2 passengers = 200 miles = R$40.00 discount).
     
    Other conditions
  5. This offer is valid for flights operated by TAP and TAP Express, except for:

    Ponte Aérea (Lisbon-Porto shuttle);
    Belo Horizonte - Lisbon (and vice-versa);
    Bologna - Lisbon (and vice-versa);
    Bucharest - Lisbon (and vice-versa);
    Düsseldorf - Lisbon (and vice-versa);
    Manchester - Lisbon (and vice-versa);
    Marseilles - Lisbon (and vice-versa);
    Nice - Lisbon (and vice-versa);
    Porto Alegre - Lisbon (and vice-versa);
    Warsaw- Lisbon (and vice-versa);
    Venice - Lisbon (and vice-versa)

  6. This special offer is only valid for bookings made on the site and the means of payment that are valid for these discounts. Be aware that if the system sends a message saying "The Miles&Go miles cannot be used with this means of payment. The discount has been removed from the price", you have to select the discount once again and choose a valid means of payment;
  7. The discount is applied per passenger and the total booking price (fare, surcharges and taxes). Other products or services acquired along with the booking purchase are not included in this discount (e.g. extra luggage, insurance etc.);
  8. The miles for the Miles&Go discount are debited from the TAP Miles&Go Account in register/login when you make the booking;
  9. The miles that are redeemed to get the discount cannot be refunded;
  10. This special offer applies to all TAP Miles&Go Clients with a positive balance (>=0);
  11. If the account balance is too low for the discount, the account will show a negative balance. No further Miles&Go discounts can be used until the miles balance is greater than or equal to zero;
  12. This discount does not apply to award bookings or babies' tickets;
  13. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts when you make the booking (e.g.: Congress codes and Gift Vouchers);

  14. Offer valid for all TAP Miles&Go Clients with a balance of over 3,000 when they pay for a booking under the Miles&Go conditions (Booking created on flytap.com on flights operated by TAP and with a TAP Miles&Go login during the booking process;
  15. The discount offers are available according to the number of miles in the client's balance with TAP Miles&Go login at the time of the purchase;
  16. If you are booking with the Miles&GO and Time To Think discount, and have more than 3,000 miles in your balance, when you confirm the booking you are required to login again to access more discounts.
