Toronto Food Experiences

New restaurants and new flavours: our co-worker at TAP has prepared a gastronomic guide to follow by the book whenever you visit Toronto.
Hi!
Join me and discover some of my favourite places in the amazing city of Toronto.
Start the day with a walk around Queen St and take some photos of the street art. Feeling a little peckish, but we are nearly there. Another 5 minutes’ walk and you’ll find the Early Bird Wine + Coffee. Relaxed and minimalist, perfect for breakfast or brunch. A menu with a variety of toasts, eggs, bowls, smoothies and a great selection of coffees... the hardest thing is to choose. A tip: Eggs Benny for sure!!
Go down to Queens Quay W and enjoy a walk by the lake.  Pop over to the Entertainment District and explore the area. Later head to the Old Town and have lunch at Rosalinda. This is one Mexican Vegan restaurant you won't forget. Choose the lunch menu, which is easier on the wallet. There are two optional starters, three main courses and two desserts. You’re spoilt for choice and the staff is on hand to help you. They are extremely professional and friendly. The drinks are not included. Enjoy your meal and the venue - you’ll want to come back. Take a look at the photos and bookmark this restaurant.
For dinner, we continue with a Vegan option, but don't be scared. You won't believe the taste explosion on offer at LOV, even if you’re a meat lover. This is perhaps my favourite restaurant in Toronto. The experience is great from start to finish. As you enter, you will be dazzled by the stylish décor where everything is thought out in detail. The service, friendliness and expertise of the staff takes this experience to another level. The food ... well, the food leaves me at a loss for words. The best thing is really to call and book a table to see for yourself.

If culinary experiences are not your priority, or you don’t have much time to explore the city but still want to eat well, check out Impact Kitchen. It serves quick and tasty meals with a take-away option and four outlets dotted around the city. If you have any food restrictions, don't worry; there are gluten and dairy-free, paleo and vegan options. The cooking is varied and healthy and it’s open all day. There are breakfast menus, toasts, brunch, bowls, a seasonal menu of main courses and a selection of desserts and cookies without refined sugars prepared daily, so you can have a sweet treat and not feel guilty!
