Terms & Conditions – Samsung Pay Campaign
1. Scope and Campaign Period
This campaign is valid for tickets issued exclusively at flytap.com between 00:00 on 14 May 2026 and 23:59 on 14 June 2026 (Mainland Portugal time), for travel on flights operated by TAP Air Portugal, paid using the Samsung Pay payment method.
2. Offer of 10% Discount Voucher for Samsung Online Store
This campaign includes the allocation of 1 (one) voucher for a 10% discount on www.samsung.com/pt/ per confirmed booking, regardless of the number of tickets issued. Passengers may participate an unlimited number of times.
Vouchers are assigned in a sequential and objective order based on the issuance of eligible airline tickets to passengers who cumulatively meet all the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Once the campaign period has ended, no subsequent passenger will be entitled to the offer.
This campaign includes the unlimited offer of vouchers granting a 10% discount for exclusive use at www.samsung.com/pt/.
Vouchers are assigned in a sequential and objective order of issuance of eligible airline tickets to passengers who cumulatively meet all the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Once the campaign period has ended, no subsequent passengers will be entitled to the offer.
One (1) discount voucher will be granted per confirmed booking, with no limit on the number of bookings per customer, provided they are made within the campaign period.
3. Confirmation of Voucher Allocation
Eligible passengers will be notified by email, sent to the contact provided in the booking, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days from the ticket issuance date.
The email constitutes confirmation of the allocation of the voucher offer.
4. Eligibility Conditions
Bookings are eligible for the offer if they cumulatively meet the following conditions:
a) Flight(s) operated by TAP Air Portugal;
b) Ticket issued exclusively at flytap.com during the campaign period, with the departure date allowed to occur after such period;
c) Full payment in cash (legal tender) using the Samsung Pay payment method. Bookings paid, in whole or in part, with miles, loyalty programme points, vouchers, gift cards, or any other instruments that do not constitute legal tender via Samsung Pay are excluded.
5. Non-Accumulation
This campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, offers, or promotional codes.
6. Technical Price Adjustment
For operational reasons related to the processing of the promocode in the reservation system, a residual discount of up to EUR 0.20 may be applied, without any impact on the actual price paid by the passenger or on the rights arising from the campaign.
7. Voucher Characteristics
The vouchers correspond to a 10% discount at www.samsung.com/pt/.
The discount is valid until 23:59 on 31 December 2028 (Mainland Portugal time) on all products available at www.samsung.com/pt/ and cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
The voucher will be sent in the format defined by TAP Air Portugal to the contacts provided in the booking, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days from the date of ticket issuance.
To redeem the voucher, the Participant must:
i) Access the Samsung online store at www.samsung.com/pt/;
ii) Add the desired products to the shopping cart;
ii) Enter the discount code at checkout.
Voucher redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of the Samsung online store, available at www.samsung.com/pt/.
8. Cancellations and Booking Changes
8.1 Full or partial cancellation of the flight booking that granted the right to the voucher will result in the automatic and immediate loss of that right, without replacement, refund, or compensation, regardless of whether the voucher has already been issued and sent. In such cases, TAP Air Portugal reserves the right to invalidate the voucher and request its return.
8.2 Changes to the original booking that maintain eligibility—namely changes made within the campaign period without altering the payment method—will not result in the loss of the voucher. Changes involving the payment method will result in the automatic loss of the offer.
8.3 In case of substantiated suspicion of irregularity or fraud in the use of the campaign conditions, TAP Air Portugal reserves the right to cancel the voucher.
8.4 If the Passenger decides to cancel the booking after payment and the voucher has already been redeemed, the Passenger must reimburse the amount corresponding to the discount applied.
9. Changes, Suspension and Cancellation of the Campaign
TAP Air Portugal reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel this campaign, in whole or in part, at any time, for operational, technical, legal or force majeure reasons, upon communication through the channels where the campaign was disclosed.
10. Limitation of Liability
TAP Air Portugal is not responsible for any changes to the Samsung online store. In case of malfunction or changes affecting the discount, the passenger must contact Samsung directly at [email protected] and shall not be entitled to any compensation or indemnity from TAP Air Portugal in this regard.
Samsung does not act as the Promoter of this campaign and therefore assumes no responsibility for the organisation or issuance of the vouchers.
11. Participant Eligibility
Employees of TAP Air Portugal, S.A. and its subsidiaries, as well as their spouses and direct family members, are excluded from this campaign. Bookings made through travel agencies, tour operators, consolidators, or any intermediaries other than the flytap.com website are also excluded.
12. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected from participants within the scope of this campaign are processed by Transportes Aéreos Portugueses, S.A., with tax number 500278725, as data controller, for the purposes of campaign management and delivery of the voucher, under the contractual relationship of air transport. 13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of disputes arising from this campaign, the Lisbon District Court shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the passenger’s right to resort to alternative consumer dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable law.
