BTG Pactual Clients can now transfer their points to their TAP Miles&Go Account and convert them into miles to use on flights with TAP and Star Alliance Member Airlines.

Terms and Conditions

Eligible Clients: BTG Pactual Loyalty Programme Clients can convert their points into miles in the TAP Miles&Go Programme;
BTG Ultrablue Clients: 1.5 BTG points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile;
Gold, Platinum and Black Clients: 2 BTG points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile;
Timeframe for miles to be credited: up to five business days;
The Client must be enrolled in both the TAP Miles&Go Programme and the BTG Pactual Loyalty Programme.
Miles may only be transferred to the account holder whose CPF matches the CPF registered on the TAP Miles&Go Account;
Before transferring points, Clients should ensure that their personal details are correct and up to date in their TAP Miles&Go Account to avoid the transfer being rejected.
Once the miles have been credited to the Customer Account, the transfer cannot be reversed.

Bonus Miles campaign Terms and Conditions

Point transfer period: from June 16, 2026, to June 18, 2026 (until 11:59 PM Brasília time);
BTG Pactual Loyalty Programme members who transfer their points to the TAP Miles&Go Programme during the campaign period will receive 20% Bonus Miles;
The conversion rate varies according to the Client segment: UltraBlue Clients: 1.5 points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile, Gold, Platinum and Black Clients: 2 points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile;
Transferred miles will be valid for three years, while Bonus Miles will be valid for 12 months from the date they are credited;
Transferred miles will be credited within up to five business days;
Bonus Miles will be credited within up to seven business days after the end of the campaign;
Clients must be enrolled in both the TAP Miles&Go Programme and the BTG Pactual Loyalty Programme;
Miles may only be transferred to the Account holder whose CPF matches the CPF registered on the TAP Miles&Go Account;
Clients should ensure that their personal details are correct and up to date in the TAP Miles&Go Programme before transferring points, to avoid the transfer being rejected;
Bonus Miles cannot be combined with any other promotions or benefits in effect;
The transaction is irreversible. Clients should carefully review all information before completing the transfer.
