BTG Pactual Clients can now transfer their points to their TAP Miles&Go Account and convert them into miles to use on flights with TAP and Star Alliance Member Airlines.

1.5 BTG Pactual points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile

Ultrablue Clients

2 BTG Pactual points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile

Gold, Platinum and Black Clients

It’s easy to transfer your points

1. Access the Loyalty Programme in the BTG Pactual app

2. Select the partner transfer option

3. Choose TAP Miles&Go

4. Enter the number of points you wish to transfer and confirm

Terms and Conditions

Eligible Clients: BTG Pactual Loyalty Programme Clients can convert their points into miles in the TAP Miles&Go Programme;
BTG Ultrablue Clients: 1.5 BTG points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile;
Gold, Platinum and Black Clients: 2 BTG points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile;
Timeframe for miles to be credited: up to five business days;
The Client must be enrolled in both the TAP Miles&Go Programme and the BTG Pactual Loyalty Programme.
Miles may only be transferred to the account holder whose CPF matches the CPF registered on the TAP Miles&Go Account;
Before transferring points, Clients should ensure that their personal details are correct and up to date in their TAP Miles&Go Account to avoid the transfer being rejected.
Once the miles have been credited to the Customer account, the transfer cannot be reversed.
