Terms and Conditions
- Eligible Clients: BTG Pactual Loyalty Programme Clients can convert their points into miles in the TAP Miles&Go Programme;
- BTG Ultrablue Clients: 1.5 BTG points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile;
- Gold, Platinum and Black Clients: 2 BTG points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile;
- Timeframe for miles to be credited: up to five business days;
- The Client must be enrolled in both the TAP Miles&Go Programme and the BTG Pactual Loyalty Programme.
- Miles may only be transferred to the account holder whose CPF matches the CPF registered on the TAP Miles&Go Account;
- Before transferring points, Clients should ensure that their personal details are correct and up to date in their TAP Miles&Go Account to avoid the transfer being rejected.
- Once the miles have been credited to the Customer Account, the transfer cannot be reversed.
