Esfera (Santander Brasil)

Important:

• You must have an account in the TAP Miles&Go Programme, and your details must be complete and up to date. If you are not yet registered, sign up here.
• Transfers are only available for the same account holder.
• Please provide your TAP Miles&Go Programme Number (this number can be obtained here > Login.)
• Transfers from the Esfera Program to the TAP Miles&Go Programme require a minimum of 30.000 Esfera points.
• The maximum number of points per transfer to the TAP Miles&Go Programme is 100.000 Esfera points.
• The maximum number of points that can be transferred per Customer is 1.200.000 Esfera points.
  
  Conversion rate:
• 2.2 points (Esfera Club Customers) = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile.
  2.7 points (other Esfera Customers) = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile.
• Maximum of 100.000 miles per transaction.
• Annual limit per customer (CPF):
• 1.2 million Esfera points = 545.000 TAP Miles&Go miles (Esfera Club Customers).
• 1.2 million Esfera points = 444.000 TAP Miles&Go miles (other Esfera Customers).
  
  Notes:
• Esfera points will be converted into TAP Miles&Go miles for Esfera Club Customers.
• Customers who are not Customers of the TAP Miles&Go Programme must register.
• Transfers will be processed within up to five business days after the redemption request on Esfera, provided that all details are correct.
• If the details in the TAP Miles&Go Programme are incorrect, the Esfera points will be returned to your Esfera account.
• Points transfers are irreversible. Please carefully review your details before confirming.
