How to transfer your points

1. Login to the Esfera website

Access your account to start the transfer.

2. Access the points transfer section

Go to the Travel Menu and select "Transfer Points"

3. In International Partners select TAP Miles&Go

Enter the number of points you wish to transfer and complete the transfer.

Terms and Conditions

Important:

You must have a TAP Miles&Go Programme account with complete and up-to-date information.
Transfers are only available between accounts held by the same person.
Transfers will be processed within five business days after the redemption request is submitted through Esfera, provided that all information is correct.
If the information registered with the TAP Miles&Go Programme is incorrect, the transaction will be rejected and the Esfera Points will be returned to your Esfera account.
Point transfers are irreversible. Please check all information carefully before completing the transfer.

Conversion rate:

2.2 points for Club Esfera Customers = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile.
2.7 points for other Esfera Customers = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile.
The minimum transfer from the Esfera Programme to the TAP Miles&Go Programme is 30.000 Esfera Points.
Maximum of 100,.000 miles per transaction.
Maximum of 1.2 million Esfera Points = 545.000 TAP Miles&Go miles per year / per CPF for Club Esfera Customers.
Maximum of 1.2 million Esfera Points = 444.000 TAP Miles&Go miles per year / per CPF for other Esfera Customers.

Reduced conversion rate campaign

1. Points transfer period: from September 15, 2026 to September 29, 2026 (until 11:59 p.m., Brasília time);

2. Reduced conversion rate:

• Clube Esfera Customers: from 2.2 to 1.8 points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile;

• Other Customers: from 2.7 to 2.2 points = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile;

3. Limit of 100.000 points per transaction, up to a maximum of 1.2 million Esfera Points per CPF per year;

4. Transferred points will be valid for three years;

5. Miles will be credited within five business days after the Customer successfully completes the transfer;

6. The Customer must be previously enrolled in both the TAP Miles&Go Programme and the Santander Esfera Programme;

7. Miles will only be transferred to the CPF of the partner account holder, which must be identical to the CPF of the TAP Miles&Go Account holder;

8. It is essential to ensure that your registration details, such as your CPF, are complete and correct in the TAP Miles&Go Programme before transferring your points, to prevent the transfer from being rejected;

9. This campaign cannot be combined with other promotions or benefits currently in effect;

10. The transaction is irreversible. Customers should carefully check all details before transferring their points.
