How to transfer your points

1. Login to the Esfera website

Access your account to start the transfer.

2. Access the points transfer section

Go to the Travel Menu and select "Transfer Points"

3. In International Partners select TAP Miles&Go

Enter the number of points you wish to transfer and complete the transfer.

Terms and Conditions

Important:

You must have a TAP Miles&Go Programme account with complete and up-to-date information.
Transfers are only available between accounts held by the same person.
Transfers will be processed within five business days after the redemption request is submitted through Esfera, provided that all information is correct.
If the information registered with the TAP Miles&Go Programme is incorrect, the transaction will be rejected and the Esfera Points will be returned to your Esfera account.
Point transfers are irreversible. Please check all information carefully before completing the transfer.

Conversion rate:

2.2 points for Club Esfera Customers = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile.
2.7 points for other Esfera Customers = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile.
The minimum transfer from the Esfera Programme to the TAP Miles&Go Programme is 30.000 Esfera Points.
Maximum of 100,.000 miles per transaction.
Maximum of 1.2 million Esfera Points = 545.000 TAP Miles&Go miles per year / per CPF for Club Esfera Customers.
Maximum of 1.2 million Esfera Points = 444.000 TAP Miles&Go miles per year / per CPF for other Esfera Customers.
