Where can I use my voucher or compensation card?
You can use the available balance on your voucher or compensation card to purchase tickets or additional services on TAP flights.
On the payment page, select the “Add TAP voucher, compensation card or promo code” option, and enter the voucher or card number.
The value of the voucher or compensation card will be automatically deducted from the total purchase amount.
