Terms and Conditions

Eligible Customers: Customers enrolled in the Porto Bank Points Programme with an active TAP Miles&Go Account;
Please refer to the Programme Terms and Conditions available in the Porto Bank app or website for the list of cards eligible to earn points;
Points-to-miles conversion: 1 PortoPlus point = 1 TAP Miles&Go mile;
A minimum of 20.000 points is required per transfer;
Miles will be credited to your TAP Miles&Go Account within five business days;
Once the miles have been credited to your TAP Miles&Go Account, the transfer cannot be reversed. Please check your details carefully before completing the transfer;
The CPF registered with Porto Bank must be correct and match the CPF associated with your TAP Miles&Go Account.
