- To earn TAP Miles&Go miles, bookings must be made through flytap.com/hotels in all markets (except Brazil, USA and Canada), flytap.com/hotel (in Brazil) and flytap.com/stays (in USA and Canada). By using this link, you will continue to enjoy your Genius benefits;
- You must provide your loyalty programme details (TAP Miles&Go number) during the booking process;
- Your TAP Miles&Go miles will be credited at a minimum of 64 days after you complete your stay;
- You can earn a maximum of 15.000 TAP Miles&Go miles per stay;
- The miles calculation will be made using the ratio €1 = 3 miles on flytap.com/hotels, or $1 = 3 miles on flytap.com/hotel and flytap.com/stays. Regardless of the hotel booking currency, the conversion will always be made in Euros or US dollars, depending on the link used;
- Retroactive mileage claims must be submitted within six months of the check-out date and will be credited within a maximum period of ninety days;
- Your TAP Miles&Go miles will be credited by TAP Air Portugal;
- The miles credit made to the customer’s account is non-reversible;
- Miles earned may be lower than the amount shown during the booking process due to deductions for taxes, fees, and other non-eligible charges;
- This reward applies only to stays.
