If you are traveling with checked luggage and have a connecting flight in Brazil, the United States or Canada, be sure to collect your luggage for customs control in these countries. Then follow the directions and go to the luggage transfer point.
TAP Voucher
Use your voucher to discount a trip or services through flyTAP.
The terms and conditions of the voucher you got at the airport are the following:
- Can be used to pay for tickets or services, in TAP Air Portugal operated flights.
- Valid for one year.
- Possible endorsement to another client, if duly authorized by the holder.
- Eligible for partial or total payments.
- Up to 2 vouchers may be used for the same purchase, except online, where it can only be used 1. If the ticket price exceeds the value of the voucher(s), the difference must be paid by credit/debit card/ATM.
- Non-refundable.
- Once the voucher is issued, you will have to wait 24 hours to be able to use it online.
- When using the voucher, confirm that its currency matches the currency of the country where you are located.
